Anyone ever use this? If so, do you think I should even waste a scoop pre-workout or just take it after?
And, how many scoops have you noticed gains from as post-workout?
Just read about it. Says that it's absorbed twice as fast, which would be the reason why i wouldnt use it - too much insulin spike.
I haven`t used it so I can`t comment on it, but a friend has tried it and said it was good, just too expensive.
i would look at a product called insu-pro. that stuff is great.
