Decided I'll start a log on my current bulk, started out around 213 and now checking in about 219 at the two week mark. Here is a picture of me taken 2/3/12
4 servings oatmeal
4 Steak tacos
4 750 cal burritos Or three large can chicken both with salsa
One cliff bars
One Fiber bar
Haven't set this up just yet but so far focusing on squat, bench and deallift.
I will gradually structure my diet and workouts but for now I just wanted to get this up.
