Decided I'll start a log on my current bulk, started out around 213 and now checking in about 219 at the two week mark. Here is a picture of me taken 2/3/12

Haven't set this up just yet but so far focusing on squat, bench and deallift.
I will gradually structure my diet and workouts but for now I just wanted to get this up.

I had to cut this short but I went as hard as I could in a hour and half. Btw 4 plates means on each side so 8 in all
Diet today was 4 steak tacos, 3 burritos, chicken, bread, 2 V8's, rice and beans.
Tuesday Off Day
Squats maxed at 4 plates and a 10 (PR) 1 rep, all other sets 5x5
Standing Press 1 plate 20 reps first set then 5x5
Smith Bench maxed 4 plates 1 rep, all others 5x10
Smith Incline 1 plate 5x5
Finished with cable work then 30 mins in the steam room
2 tacos and jumbo jack with a V8

I went to costco and picked up chicken and beef so no more bad food.
I feel drained so I stopped the Black cats as it is starting to make me sleepy. I've been taking to much and for to long

tomorrow marks week number two of me with the stomach flu. Whatever I eat or drink outside of water gives me cramps then I have to run to the restroom ect. I have not been taking the supplements in order not to waste them or upset my stomach. :/ if you have not had this before then you're lucky its like having muscle aches, head cold, fatigue and diarrhea all day. Some days I'm constipated for a day or two then runs the next with weird burps that taste like eggs. FML anyway
Strength wise I pushed 455 on bench over the weekend and almost **** my pants so I've been taking two days off if not majority of the week to recover. On the positive side I have been taking salsa classes for cardio on the nights I can.
