Hey guys. Im usually on BB.com but right now i am bulking. Was wondering what things might help to do this. I have been gaining pretty good and strength going up but looks like im just putting on fat and muscles are getting bigger.
My info age 22
height 6"1 weight 196lbs
I eat around 4000 calories a day (i burn a lot since thin and i have UC which sometimes can burn a lot)
I recently have been doing good in weigh gain but i need an extra boost to help. If anyone could suggest anything or where i can look to start my research it would be great
I dont want to get bigger then realize most was fat. Im at about 13-14% bf right now.
