hey guys. im 25 years old and looking to change up my supplement routine a little. over the last 12 months or so, ive started working out and eating healthy and have gone from 6'5 280lbs to about 220lbs right now. i typically take nothing other than a pre workout of jack3d and post workout of glutamine, whey protein iso, and creatine mono i throw in my shakes. i took a few cycles of oxy elite pro but have recently stopped. im looking into adding p-slin and d-aspartic acid to try and add some lean mass. i was curious if anyone had any opinions or experience with these. ive heard some people say you should take some sort of estrogen blocker with d-aspartic acid. anyone have any suggestions about how i should take this? thanks a lot!
