hi, im 13, male, 5 foot 4, 45 kg, and have a waist of about 26/28 inches.
i want to bulk up, as much muscle as possible, but then i want to get my weight down to 45kg again courtesy of losing fat weight, hopwfully ending up with a much nicer, defined body, with hopefully some inch loss too.
i dont really want to talk about diet, ive got that sorted, but i do want to talk about supplements. which ones would you recommend for as lean a bulk as possible, while also being suitable for a 13 year old, and are also garunteed for success, also i would apreciate it if you could tell me how much of each to use and whether i should still use them when i start to cut, and if so, how much of them.
also, please dont tell me i shouldnt think about this at my age. what i want makes me happy.
