It may not be the best for bulking, but nothing gets amped up like 200mg of caffeine and 25mg of ephedrine.:head:

Just by reading the subject, my first thought was "Whats the matter with a small meal?"

But I think that hanging out on this board for so long has just made me less and less supportive of supplements.

If youre bulking, you should be eating damn near continuously throughout the day. If you have eaten within the last hour or two prior to your workout, why do you need to take anything? The food you ate should be plenty to fuel your workout shouldnt it? Anything else seems like a waste of money to me.

Food is important and a neccesity all day, however, the feeling while on the NO supplement is different and can get your mind into it in ways I have not experienced with food.

I agree but I think that a pre-workout supp is worth the $$$ to me. Of course a pre-workout supp should never replace a solid meal before hand but when I combine a solid meal and a good supp before my workout I feel like I'm at my best. I think supplements are just that. Something to supplement a solid diet and training plan.

Pslin, creatine, and 100-150g complex carbs. If you want an extra kick, open up a pslin cap into the beverage of your choice, add 100g waxy-maize, and sip during your workout. If you are strapped for cash, I believe you can still get pslin in bulk from Nutra.

Ah but this begs the question, why not both? I eat, get in the car, and then drink a PreWO shake in the parking lot.

i would say get a whey product that has not only whey but also creatine, arginine, glutamine and lots of other essential and non essential aminos.... i used to get the protein powder from frys it had 52 grams of protein in it as well as all the essentials + creatine+glutamine.. take it before and after workouts

Im starting to see that I dont respond well to anything I ever take so maybe that is why I feel this way. But I like to think Im a pretty strong minded person anyway and I can focus well enough on my own. And any pump Ive ever gotten from prewo supps Ive taken I feel like I could do without and have the same end results without spending the money.

But again, maybe its because Ive never felt a good enough result to justify spending $30-$40 a month on something to take prewo.

i agree with the meal before a workout, nothing in the world can touch food as far as what your putting in your body. but when i take NO is mainly for focus not necessarily pump or vascularity. and i only use NO for 4-8 weeks at a time, and spend about 3 months with just pure food just to bring my natural energy levels on it, because i found myself to depend on it or else i couldnt train.
