Diet advice?

Well I must admit my downfall is my diet, and I'm sick of my laziness holding me back. I need some advice on where to start. Even if there are named diets that can be recommended to me. I'm 6'0, 159lbs and maybe 6-7%bf. I need to be in the range of 6000-7500 calories, because my metabolism is on nitrous at all times. Money and food prep are no problem, Just someone please guide me in the right direction.

That will put you right around 6000 calories

It's important to count your calories and find the correct mix of macronutrients. Another method is to eat every 3 hours. It's ok to eat before the 3 hour interval is finished, but never wait longer than 3 hours. Each time you eat, eat fat, carbs, and protein... No matter what, don't leave one out. Don't forget about fruits and veggies, mix them in at some point.
