Well I must admit my downfall is my diet, and I'm sick of my laziness holding me back. I need some advice on where to start. Even if there are named diets that can be recommended to me. I'm 6'0, 159lbs and maybe 6-7%bf. I need to be in the range of 6000-7500 calories, because my metabolism is on nitrous at all times. Money and food prep are no problem, Just someone please guide me in the right direction.
