eat less more often, don't eat yourself full. Try eating 5-6 small meals a day every 3 hours or so.

Also you could look into Black Hole by Controlled Labs
“We are what we repeatedly do. Therefore, excellence is not an act, but a habit.”

Have half solid, half liquid meals. Eat the solid until you cannot have anymore, then down a scoop of waxy maize and a scoop of whey in a glass of water. Do this as many times as needed daily until you start gaining and feeling very hot from the spike in metabolism.

i found that the first week or two, yes its a pain trying to eat so much and it feels like your life's mission...

The it gets easier; i now find, 6 weeks in to my first ever proper bulk, that if i don't eat every 3 hours, my stomach starts to rumble. Dnt eat yourself sick, but do cook meals etc to the size that you NEED to eat for your target weight (ie put the details for the weight you want to be, into a maintanence calorie program and if, for example, it says you need 600 cals per meal then make your meal to that size NOW).

If you cant eat it all dont worry, just make sure you eat a little more tomorrow, and the day after that, and the day after that, until you can polish it all off.

at 18 you would be stupid to use a PH like Superdrol.. stick to eating, and eating big (it takes time man, this is a marathon, not a sprint), and over years you'll get where you want to be.

I've been at this for 6 years and am still not where I want to be, but persistence pays off.

nah i'm too lazy, i havent used the diet tracker on here in ages.

I really only use the AM stuff to keep a record of my weight, then once i'm happy/confident in my build i'll write a long thread saying thanks to everyone and link to all my progress photos etc. I'm looking at the end of January for this date (hitting my desired weight).

To get your maintenance calories just type 'maintenance calories' into google and 101 different calorie calculators will pop up.

I eat steaks when i can. My parents like to eat nice **** so we usually eat steak 2 times a week. Last night i had a burger. It's just hard like i said cause I HAVE BEEN eating A LOT but seeing no results. Granted its only been a month or so, but still you would think at least some kind of change. I had this problem about 2 years ago in 10th grade. I was just about as big as i am now. My metabolism is very high and my body digests all my food. If i had 24/7 and stuffed down i dont think i would gain that much weight, trust me ive tried. Thats why i need help maybe some ginger root or something cause eating as much as i can is not working. Especially on my legs their skinny as ****.

I'm not hungry throughout the day and I dont know what else I can eat later on, if theres any ideas let me know. And then i eat later on at like around 9 ill have a BIG dinner. Pretty much all day long im not hungry idk ive been thinking about going to the doctor because its bad. I have no facial hair either and im almost 19...I dont know if that answered ur question

EVERYNIGHT, before bed take 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1 TBLS. of Jello sugar free jello mix, about 1/2 cup of water, and 2 heaping scoops of weight gainer. mix well (the paste should be thick, like Elmer's glue) microwave for 1 to 2 minutes....that is your 3 to 4 o'clock PM snack. mess with the recipe a bit to add more cals i.e. almonds, cinnamon or whatever, you can use a scoop of natty peanut butter if you want too. let that cool and you have a great brownie. i will say to use a Tupperware or plastic bowl of some kind, otherwise it will stick. add a apple on the side...also

there is no secret, or no magic pill.. the magic pill is hard work and consistency..

eat, train, sleep, and use smart supplementation.. and remember, supplements are not meant to replace a weak diet/training/sleep..they are meant to SUPPLEMENT.

There was a bunch of reasons why i ran...first i suffer from depression and anxiety, so running helps clear my mind, second, the running was supposed to get bigger legs, which i found out isnt going to work, and also to get the bigger appetite so that i could Eat, A LOT...ya dig
