If i was 187.5 @ 7% bodyfat(which im not) could I get to 5% at 184.4? in prepping for a contest. or would i need much more mass due to the fact that sodium/water cycling will be a factor. How much do I need to weigh at 7% to come in at that weight at 5%?
I just want to know guys.. Supposedly all I need is 9lb of lean mass and ill be at my goal, but im thinking that the weight from 7-5% will be more dramatic than around 3lb.
