    Thanks man.

    I'm at a good balance at the moment of training really hard but diet wise I'm pretty relaxed and it's been good.

    Might actually add some HIIT cardio back in just for heart health and probably that'll be post leg workout as that's my final day before a total rest day and it will aid in recovery also I'm sure
