I am an 18 year old NPC competitor. I will be competing in the Tahoe Show August 23rd. I think I will be competing in teen physique as well as teen bodybuilding. Here are some pictures of me within the last 2 weeks. I know, I'm a little thick, I'm about to start my cut.

Not looking bad mate, Pretty damn vascular. Should look real good when you at comp weight. Ill be checking into this thread to see how you progress over the next few weeks

You'll do fine. You have good development at ur age. Just make sure u kill them legs to they're thick on stage.

Breakfast is 2 cups of oats, 6 egg whits, next meal is salad, pre workout meal is usually more oats, post workout is a protein and carb shake with some chicken. Dinner is salad and either fish or chicken, and I have another shake before bed.

Right now one day is chest, tris, shoulders, next day is lower body, next is back bi and traps. I hit my core and calves EOD.

Cardio is usually some time on the bike, followed by stairs. I'll someone go on a run but not usually.

After this show I'd run a bulk. You look good but you don't weigh a lot...I bet you'd look really good with an extra 10 pounds of muscle. Or are you trying to dominate a certain weight class?
And yes I'm goin to ask what are your current/past/pre contest drugs? I know your a guy who's been into that so we might as well take a look at that to lol
Is this show tested?

Run your mast and tren into the show. Don't keep test high. It needs to be low 1 because your on tren and 2 because you'll Bloat. What's your AI?
And winny is a good idea. If it dries you out and gives the vascularity and leaning that you want there is no reason not to run it into the show.
Dmz makes me look pretty full and dry without bloat so possibly 40-80mg of dmz into the show is an option. Or have it as part of your bulk.
Keep multi methyl cycles to a minimum. Are you on clen or T3? Your going to want to shred up a bit more than that last show you posted about a while back.

Couple pics of my veins right now without a pump. Just squeezed and they look like this. Still having about 2 gallons of water a day. 10 days out. 112mg of test p, mast p, tren ace, and 150mg of winstrol(one tab morning, preworkout, and at night). Doing about an hour of cardio a day, lifting for 2 hours. Just dropped carbs. Dropping water 36 hours out.

36 hours is a long time for a water drop. I stopped 16-18 hours out for my first show and was pretty much spot on for water.

Running that much gear at his age is a shame, but I tried Dbol only cycle at 19. Hope he has a very good PCT planned and a LONG off time. The results are impressive !!!!

I ran 150mg of test p, mast p, and tren ace 3 days out till the day of show as well as 250mg of winstrol. The morning of show I tried to eat and drink a little and threw up everything for some reason. Went out on bodybuilding, after I finished I threw up, went out for physique, again threw up. Went back to my room to wait for finals and threw up what was left in me. Went back for finals and started passing out and was taken to the hospital and put on an IV. Dehydration being the main reason. They did post places sense we did side by side in the morning though! 4th in teen bodybuilding and 5th in teen physique. Here Is some pictures from the morning of

This is why IFBB test for diuretics and not steroids. The water manipulation has left some contestants dead.

There are kids running huge cycles at 16 that are doing shows. It's sad.

For future shows, don't cut water 3 days out. U did that, dehydrated urself with the diuretics, then caused ur aldosterone levels to rise tremendously afterwards, making u hold water after every sip u took of it.

When u cut water, do it the afternoon or evening before, with diuretics such as Dandelion root. But at this point u should have had at least 1.5G of water that day. About 3 - 4.5g of D Root in a 5 hour window ought to do it just fine. During this time, u'd also be carbing up on dry starches - no water added, such as sweet potatoes and oatmeal, if u havent already carbed up at this point. The idea is that ur pissing out water and ur also having carbs pull in water, leaving nothing on the surface of the body. If u still have some water left over the morning of, u can take a really hot bath for 5-10 minutes, take some glycerol to pull the water from the skin to the muscle, and sip on water every 30 minutes. The hot bath works. Last night i just did one and sweated 3 lbs of water off in 10 minutes.

Have a high sodium, high potassium and high calcium breakfast is also not a bad idea at this point if ur coming in flat. Or u can just drop some salt under ur tongue a few minutes before hitting the stage to give u a pseudo pump/vascularity.

I had Just started my first "cycle" at 16. Of creatine!
Put on 15lbs that summer and kept 12.

:facepalm: Dude, do you actually have a coach telling you to do this, or are you flying solo? If you have a coach..... fire his ass and find one that knows what the hell they are doing. If you are doing this solo..... get a damn coach that knows what the hell they are doing! You most likely lost at least 2-3 placing because you completely screwed up the most important week of any show. you look completely flat and water retained in those day of pics compared to even the pics you posted earlier in this thread.

Dude. You just ran a bunch of gear and nearly killed yourself to lose a competition. Time re evaluate your priorities and goals in life. If you choose to still pursue competitions, hire a good coach and do a lot of research of your own

wow. you guys are harsh. I do think that messing with diuretics and other substances should be done with caution and under the guidance of someone with experience. Honestly though, I think it is great that you have the motivation and the drive to do what you have done so far at such an early age. So many people at such a young age are doing far worse things or.... nothing at all with their lives.

Listen to your body though. I know some people are believers of "working out until you puke" or "if it doesn't hurt push harder" but those body signals exist for a reason :) Also, some kidney damage is irreparable, be careful!
