Newbie looking to learn

I am looking to get myself fitness comp ready by next year. I am 27, female, 4'11, 119lbs, 25% bf.
I already eat a very clean high protein, vegan, mostly gluten free diet. I just started training 2 weeks ago.

I do
legs monday
Chest/shoulders tuesday
Back wednesday
Full body thursday
And core/cardio friday

I do 10min stretch, 5min cardio before and after every workout and core activation before every workout

Rest sat/sun

Any help/critiquing would be much appreciated!!

Sounds like you're on the right track 100% already. Only thing I would maybe do is swap your cardio day to the full body workout so as to give your muscles a little more recovery. Sounds like your plan is solid though already.

Out of curiosity, how do u manage a high protein AND vegan diet at the same time?

If I was to guess, ur protein to carb ratio is probably 1:3 which is great for mass building..

Btw, the RDA is way off when talking about body sculpting..you need alot more protein than is recommended by most national sources in order to get/stay lean. Depends on training too.
