I'm 18 weighing in at 200lb. 10-12% bf. Im 5'10". I train 6 days a week 2 hours a day. I spit it up into arms, legs, chest, back, shoulders, abs. For breakfast I eat 9 eggs 4 prices of toast, 2 tbsp coconut oil, 2 tbsp jelly. Then for snack 1 I have 1200 cal. Protein shake. Lunch 1 9 oz steak, 9oz rice. Then lunch 2 9 oz. Chicken, 9 oz yams, l. Then snack 2 another 1200 cal protein shake. Then dinner 9oz of a protien and then 9oz. Carbs. Then a Casein shake before bed. So around 5-6000 calories. Supplements creatine mono., Baca, pre workout (home made), multi vit, vit. D, vit. E, zinc, vit c, magnesium, potassium, b complex, probiotic, fish oil. I'm competing naturally in april
