    Good stuff brother! Noods????

    Greens straight mess my stomach up especially salad. Cooked spinach and asparagus is about all I can tolerate anymore.

    Thanks guys.

    Get a cheat meal tonight, so I've kept carbs a little lower today and will load up tonight. Getting eager to get back on stage, 6 weeks feels like an eternity.

    Diet changes coming Monday....really hope my beloved sweet potatoes stay along with my 2 high carb days and my sweet potato-palooza continues

    Oh yeah! I used to do the sweet potato and pumpkin combination all the time. Heat it up and add a little splenda and cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice mix = delicious clean carbs.

    Nothing changes with my diet, lol. Everything I'm doing is working perfectly.

    Due to time restraints I was super low carb yesterday but making up for it a little today. I woke up super flat (but lean)

    Cutting is officially under way.

    -Cardio 6 days a week

    -carb cycling

    -added fat burners

    -high carb/lower fat cheats still in place!!!!!

    Official am nakey weight was 187.6

    Side note, I ran out of yohimbe (have no fear more will be here today) but any pre I've been taking has been upsetting my stomach. I mean ANY!!!! I've done condense, jack3d AF, mainiac, some stuff from gamma labs. Pretty much anything other than my @ebfinc custom mix

    8 days out....I feel like sh!t. Sitting at 179 first thing in the morning. Added a post workout cardio session at the 2 week out point.

    Dieting for 20+ weeks is pure torture

    It sure is. At our PA show I think I was dark enough to go on stage with no tanner at all. I might have overdone the high pressure tanning a tad haha. The last few weeks I was getting some strange looks out in public.

    I bet it is. I can't imagine prepping for a show without a regular schedule in place.

    Well couldn't do cross ovr at this show. Weighed in at 176.2 soooooo ill be a middle weight in the novice and open 2maro!!!!! No physique, my legs look too good and bodybuilding is where my heart is, just gotta find some music before the night show now!

    Thanks guys. I have some sick pictures I'll get loaded up soon.

    I beat 2 guys in the novice open that placed top 5 as light heavyweights which makes me feel awesome. Guy that won my class won the overall and him and the 2nd place competitor will both be competing at nationals next weekend. They were both about 3inches shorter than me, time to grow into a light heavyweight. I just made weight as a middle at 176.2 but was closer to 180 on stage (ate close to 1,000 carbs of carbs leading into the show) at 5'8-5'9 I need to be a light heavy. I had two judged tell me my legs were amazing and if I can grow into a light heavy I'll be competitive at the national level.

    Super stoked for this off season. Taking a few days off from training but reverse dieting starts Monday and I'll be doing it for 2-3 weeks the. It's grow time!!!!!!
