Thanks in advance for the help! I am currently running clen and have a show coming up this weekend. I know that clen is a beta agonist and creates an "insulin resistance" at the muscle. I understand that the half life is somewhere around 36-48 hours. Any other opinions/facts, please chime in.
Having said that, I have a few questions:
1. does it actually deplete muscle glycogen? I have read that stops the use of muscle glycogen and prohibits new storage.
2. If so, how long should I be off before starting my carb load?
3. Does taking clen inhibit/stop the storage of new glycogen?
