Hi all i am competing naturally in 3 weeks i am currently have my bf at 7% and weight at 195pounds i am doing 45min cardio a day 7 days doing it 25 min at low intesity straight into 20min of HIIT. 1st question Should i do more to reach 5%?
Also when do i stop Cardio?
and 3rd thing i am competing on the sunday at 2pm. When do i start carb loading . I was thinking starting friday morning and doing it for 14 meals till sat night? what do you all think.
