    Legs

I am about 1.5 weeks out and can't get my legs to come in... They are close but I'm not happy with them! Hoping the diuretic makes them look shredded but I guess we will see... Anybody have any suggestions on getting them to come in??

Little late, but keep your water high and pose pose pose those legs. Prob wouldn't lift them within 5-6 days of show day (to prevent them from holding water) unless it's more of a pump which could help. But if you still have fat on them, not much you can do now

if your legs already look smooth, i'd stop the cardio 1 week out.
flexing is going to be key and being 1.5 wks out adding in too much at this point can be detrimental as well.
be sure to get some good color on, as that will help bring out contrast in your legs to define the separation a little better.
stage lighting can also help here, and don't over oil or let anyone other than yourself or a buddy put on oil (most use PAM aka non stick spray)
some ppl seem eager to help, then load on the spray and it kills everything.

Yup agreed bnatural.....Overdosing this close can be bad. Should've specified that as well. Best of luck in your show, and one more thing, don't forget to pose your legs when you're on stage! Always keep everything tight

time your refeeds properly as well, as the fullness in your muscles will play a key role here.
most ppl go really low carb and/or are low carb by the time of the contest, so your muscles are probably appearing pretty "flat" so a refeed will really help.

is this your first contest (no sarcasm)?

Always good to take notes so you know what worked and what didn't etc...just a thought for future shows

My biggest fear right now is I want to start carbing up tomorrow, but my weight is still about 5-6 lbs over... I wanna make weight but I don't want to look flat! I'm guessing once I start cutting water I may be ok?
