okay how many of you experience after a show your weight always goes up higher than it was before dieting and during off season. is there something scientific to this. reason I ask this is because i had an accident last year lost some weight, ended up gaining most of it back this year but i cant seem to bust 190lbs which i did before i got up to 208, and have been bulking all year, should I shred like i'm getting ready for a show except maybe for 4 weeks to confuse my body?

  2. i gave u the answer in ur previous post about this. basically once fat cells shrink, they have the potential to get even larger faster and the process goes on and on. muscle confusion is great to break a peak or the 5x5 is what i use to break peaks
