| Eat Right. Train Hard. | i NEVER do barbell bench. my chest workout is as follows: Dumbbell Bench 3 sets of 10 Incline Dumbbell Bench 3 sets of 10 Incline Flies 3 sets of 10 Dips 3 sets of 15 still, my right pect is much stronger....i dont get it! |

| Registered User | I do 5x5 reg bench about 3 times a week, 3x10 incline dumbell bench 3x10 flat dumbell bench 3x10 decline dumbell bench and 3x10 flies... thats my chest work out once a week 5x5 3 times a week and a few diff tihngs on the other 2 times... I'm bout to show yall a pic.. and see what yall can brain storm =) |

| Registered User | Try stopping at different points in your lifts... One arm may be moving a little faster than the other one... You need to have balance in your lifts, that may be part of the issue. Also, it's possible that you've impinged a nerve somewhere and that part of your pec is temporarily dead. You could go to a masseus on this one. You'll want to get one who's familiar with this type of situation. There are a few different techniques that could fix this. But, definitely try stopping at different points in your lifts. Good luck. |
