I'm considering competing in the physique contest. But I don't know much about it, or what they are judging on or even if I'm to big.
Can some one help on what they are looking for and how to prep for this?
I'm 6'0" and 213lbs roughly 8.2% bf

You're underestimating your BF level. Physique competitors generally step on stage around 7-8%.

You're probably closer to 10-11% than 8%. There's generally a 3-5% error with calipers.

Are your abs flexed? A true 15% is not ad bad as everyone makes it out to be. Also most claiming to be around 12% are really at 15% IMO. I think there is a skewed reality around here sometimes.
My avi has me around 9-10% and my abs unflexed are more defined than that picture. You got me beat on weight.
BUT really it doesnt matter. Forget BF and just use a mirror. I never stepped on the scale until I liked what the mirror shown. I had dropped way lighter than I ever wished, but didn't loose strength because I didn't go into the gym thinking I weighed 170 I went in thinking I was still 200. I worked out like I was 200.
You have time, approach the next few months like your 12-16 weeks out of a competition (because you are) and you'll DESTROY things. Awesome place to START getting ready as most people's end goal is to be were your at now.

I'm not looking forward to the two before the show. Cutting out water and all salt will be extremely hard!

I know for a fact I'm not 15% now... But I am going to the copper clinic this week to get dumped in water and have a body scan. So I will know for sure then.
