What to cut out during peak week/when

  1. What to cut out during peak week/when

    This is what I'm taking, peak week starts tomorrow and I'm wondering what I need to cut out, if anything, during the week (for water retention, effective carb up, etc.)

    L-arginine (Morning/Night)
    Slin Sane (plan on cutting out before carb up, may keep pre-bed dose in)
    Creatine Mono
    Multi/vit c/vit d/b complex/Magnesium
    Fish Oil
    Redline Hardcore (planning on cutting out before carb up)
    CoQ 10

    I also have a small stash of Kre-alk, should I switch over from creatine mono for next week? I don't think I have any bloat from the mono, but I've been on it for so long I'm not 100% sure.

  2. Should remove creatine a good 6-8 weeks before a show. the stuff makes you hold some pretty serious water! Other than that, i don't think many of those others will hurt. Make sure to keep potassium on hand when you start drying out. But otherwise, I wouldn't suggest dropping to much, who knows what kind of side effects you will get by going cold turkey during peak week! It could make or break you.
