    yeah ive never used it before. but then again, i hardly ever cut because i stay lean all year (my darn metabolism).

    It IS best to dose DCP [ideally] 20-30 min pre-meals (2-3 times daily). That said, there's nothing to stop you experimenting with it to find what's best for YOU. When I've used it I usually do 2 caps first thing, 2 caps immediately post-training (usually in the morning, ~60-min pre-meal 1 - if not am, then ~mid-afternoon), 2 caps ~60-min pre-meal 2 (either mid-afternoon - if training done in the morning, or later in the day) and 1 cap pre-bed. It shouldn't cause any negative effects dosing pre-bed - I had no issues with.

  10. Oh, that's good to know. So I guess my doses will be pre-workout, pre-meal, then pre-bed. I workout fasted so I'm not sure if I should shift the dose to just another meal instead. Thoughts?

    I to train fasted and noticed more of a difference when taking it pre meal vs pre work out.

    Before dinner/ last meal . Its a non stim fat burner so there were zero problems with sleeping

  24. Enjoying DCP so far. Anytime I eat carbs after dosing DCP I get pretty vascular. I feel like I've lost water weight as well. I'm not sure if it's lighting, but I am slowly getting more defined. Hmmm....

  28. It is an amazing supplement for sure! I just started a few days ago, and DCP 2.0, Vanillean and Combustion are working nicely together.

    Let's see how well they help me now that I can't squat for a while . Broke my big toe today by dropping a 35 on it in the gym, LOL.

    Consuming carbohydrates, especially sugary ones, are going to increase your vascularity anyways, and even moreso you've been low on them for a day or few. They will also make your muscles fuller and help definition "pop" re those leaner.
