    Ai...but not particularly nice when at a wedding and everyone else is looking elegant and polished and I'm looking like I've just done a 5k run!

    Picked up a bottle of this for my upcoming vacation. Diet will be sloppy, wondering if there is a particular dose timing protocol that would be best for with 3 heavy meals a day, take it fasted or like a GDA prior to meals?

    I believe it is best to take like 20-30 minutes prior to the heavy meals.

    I'll be running Dermacrine with a couple of mild ph's for 4 weeks. Then a month off and then a cut with DCP 2.0

  24. Could DCP 2.0 improve endurance especially when training on an empty stomach. I introduced it to my cousin and he swears that he can run considerably further when he has taken DCP 2.0 around 20 mins before the run.

    From my own personal experience I would say yes. I always felt like I was able to push harder in the gym and actually was able to add more reps to whatever I was doing fairly regularly while taking DCP 2.0
