Formasurge and Dermacrine

Have about 6 weeks before an upcoming vacation and mainly looking to lean out/recomp. Lose a little fat here or there too.

Using Abliderate Advanced and looking to add just Formasurge or Formasrge and Dermacrine. Best just to use Formasurge at 100 mg per day?

43 yrs old at about 200 lbs.
