Older Bodybuilder

Have been training for some time now but I amm interested in any recommendations for a PH cycle for a 50+ male. I have tried cycles of Halovar and E-Pol with success but would like to know for my age , is there something that would be more appropiate for my age.

    Thought I would follow up with my plan. I will take E-Pol and Halovar according to the bottle recommendation and follow with Hardcore Test for my PC. I do a full body work out three times a week. Any suggestions?

    If you're trying to build muscle I would suggest some kind of split rather than doing a full body workout three times a week.

    And of course just as important (if not more so) make sure you have a good diet plan. Lots of protein - 6 or 7 small meals a day...
