The Good News
I'm getting stronger, In fact I have gone up 10-15 lbs in almost every exercise I do (30lbs on dead lifts and 20lbs on seated rows) I'm leaning out more and becoming a little more vascular as well. I have also noticed more intensity and drive in work outs, when I have a protein shake for my pre-workout meal opposed to food.
The Bad News
I don't feel like I've had a good workout since Saturday the 24th. Why you ask? I'm not getting sore anymore
I'm working out harder than I was last week, with more weight and more reps(most of the time) and i wake up each morning with just slight muscle fatigue but no soreness?!?
I was thinking maybe I'm just recovering really fast... that sounds like wishful thinking if anything to me. I'm wondering do I need "muscle confusion" ? or have I seen one - too many late night px90 commercials?
to top it off the increased workout pace seems to have me half a pound lighter on a bulking diet... Is this just my genetics kicking me in the arse... again? I hope all this is the result of user error ('cause I'm a noob) and not something more worrisome like genetics or a CURSE... only a little funny because after all...
Remember the Goal
This is "The Manhattan Project" and A-Bombs are not funny... A-Bombs need to blow up... This is more like mild radiation poisoning at this point... not cool... help? anyone have any ideas?
