The Manhattan Project day 22

yesterday i did my back workout i only had about 40 mins to work out so i did 4 sets of 8 reps of:

wide grip pull downs
close grip pull downs
seated rows
and deadlifts on
(I planed to do shrugs but in my haste I completely forgot)

What's good is that I've gone up on almost all my (back) lifts by 10lbs or more today ill workout quads, hams, calves, and forearms. After seeing a few of the guys on the forums praise the DC training techniques, and reading through about half of the "new to dc training" thread - I'm sure I'll start it sooner than later but I need to read more on the blast/cruise cycle and the diet requirements before I jump in it. I like the ideology behind the program though.

I snagged the digital cam from my wife before she took off to work and was able to snap a decent picture. Now I'm off to work.

(no pump pretty much just woke up)
