The Manhattan Project day 20

Good workout today my bench press max has gone up 10lbs since 10/12/09.
I did
4 sets of 7 reps flat bench (guillotine style)
4 sets of 7 reps incline
4 sets of 7 reps preacher curls
4 sets of 7 reps of tricep pull downs
2 sets of 7 reps forearm curls and 20 mins on the elliptical (I don't care much for the elliptical the stride feels short and unnatural to me @ 6'2" but thought i would switch it up from the normal bike routine)
Lastly i took a few new pics
