The Manhattan Project day 19
I'm eating like a horse - It started off i was kinda force feeding myself but now - Im always hungry... For example yesterday I had
Bfast - 8 ounces of left over Carne asada fajitas form the night before & a bowl of oatmeal
Post workout -bowl of oatmeal and about 6 ounces of chicken (2 drumsticks)
after shower - 2 scoops of milk muscle and 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream
watched the dvr'd episode of Mondays Heroes then ate- a Whataburger double burger w/fries
After Bible study with the wife - 3 Salmon hand rolls ( = to a bowl of rice about 1/3 a cucumber and 9 ounces of raw salmon)
I don't know the calorie count but its about double what I was eating this time last month.
Yesterday I took new measurements and today I purchased a scale here's the damage
10/12 to 10/22
L - arm:12.5 to 13.4
R - arm:12.6 to 13.4
L - leg:20.6 to 21.1
R - leg:20.5 to 21
waist:31.5 to 31
hip: n/a to 33
chest:36.75 to 38.5
r -calf:14 to 14.5
L -calf:14 to 14.25
L F arm:10.4 to 10.9
R F arm:10.5 to 11.0
Weight: 154 to 162.5 (10/23)
I'm pretty pumped!
