Steveoph's layout is fine. Start SuperSaponins at 2 x 2g daily. If you wish to take some break during the week, use 3 x 2g for five consecutive days and take the next two days off. Then repeat.
As for 1-Carboxy, 1 x 2g + 1 x 1g is fine.
