PLCAR & Alpha-Yohimbine

After a long hiatus, RPN has managed to bring back PLCAR. It will be available for purchase on Tuesday.

Monday, Alpha-Burn caps will be available. 100 caps for $20 of :

Rauwolfia Serpentina (standardized to 30% Alpha-Yohimbine) - 30mg
Piperum Nigrum Extract (standardized to 20% Piperine) - 50mg

What would you dose the alpha y at? how many caps a day?

Upon waking, preferable 30-45 minutes before a meal would be ideal.

Start with 1 and see how it feels; you can go up to 2/day, spaced apart and on empty stomach. You shouldn't need more than that
