New To The Game.......

Im 28, & I Just Started Messing Wit The Weights, I Need Some Help On Getting Started With Sus 500. Ive Been Reading Blogs All Over And I Get Different Info. I Just Need Help On What To Do Before I Take Sus 500, Then If i need to Take anything during It?, Do I take the pills everyday even on the days i dont work out? And what to take after?...........
Really need the help to get started properly, i appreciate all the help i can get. thanks
