Day 11 and Day 12

Day 11 was rest; Day 12 light cardio (1.5 miles); Everything seems to be fine still. Early on (Day 1-3) I had some very minor headaches; those could have been change in diet, stress, etc. They are completely gone.

I mentioned in the beginning, I am prone to MPB; I haven't noticed any hair loss other than when I cut my own hair yesterday. My wife and daughter both laugh at one spot where I cut it a little too close :-).

Still 223.0 this morning. Waiting for the...

Day 10

Tri's and chest. Everything is still going fine (TheOne, diet, etc). A couple things are happening. I can't say for sure yet, but the following is my best guess at an explanation. I'll continue to update and see if this is correct.

I'm only up 1 pound in weight (after being up 6-8 earlier in the week), but what I think has happened is that the 'water-weight' I was carrying because of creatine has been replaced with real mass. Wishful thinking? We'll find out in a few weeks....

Day 7, 8 and 9

Stuck with the diet (lots of lean fat, complex carbs, low sugar; see previous posts) and TheOne first thing in the morning (milk thistle in the afternoon).

Day 7 -- off day
Day 8 -- biceps and back
Day 9 -- cardio

I don't remember when, but at some point in the first week, I was up about 6-8 lbs -- really getting excited. Currently, I'm only up 1 pound... I sure hope that isn't the reason they call this stuff "TheOne". :-).

Day 5 and 6

Still sticking to diet and TheOne. Day 5 was a light cardio (walking) and Day 6 was a rest day (went to the Royals game with my wife). Looking forward to working out this week and checking for gains by the end of the week.

Day 4

Still taking 4 caplets of TheOne in the morning. Forgot meal #1 (HB eggs; just not into it, should have subd oatmeal).

Lightly hit biceps and chest today (45 min). Tried the DarkRage again -- from what I read, I may be the only person on the planet to say this, but honestly it still tastes great to me (Grape). I did NOT notice the same intensity pump/energy that I did on day 1, nor did I have any trouble sleeping.
