Jumping into old routines

I should have gone easier on myself when jumping into my old routines in the gym. Instead I was so excited when starting my first cycle so I wasn't thinking about the consecuenses a rapid change in my training regime would have
So now my hip has taken a beating from the squats, just hope it isn't anything too serious..
My knee has also started bothering me over the past few days, I guess the squatting really makes the legs suffer.
Anyways I hope it goes away with plenty of rest and maybe some wery light training, can't let it ruin my cycle completely though
Can it be my joints? Hmm, never thought of it from that angle.. Maybe some Cissus RX would do the trick.. Couldn't hurt, gotta try it I think!

    yep cissus rx really helped me out a few months back when I was squating heavy 2 days a week w/ almost no knee pain
