Day 6

I took 2 days off. And today I saw great inprovement in lower body and lower body strength. I also wiegh 275 now.

Day VI

I woke up today a little hungry. Idecided to go and get my blood work done. I have fasting for 6 days and doing alot of praying. I know that our bodies can heal themselves and with God all things are possible. I will get my results back on Wed. and will be happy to post good news. Negative thoughts try and enter my mind set but I try as fast and as well as I can to think positively. I will post my blood work once it comes in.

The Manhattan Project day 22

yesterday i did my back workout i only had about 40 mins to work out so i did 4 sets of 8 reps of:

wide grip pull downs
close grip pull downs
seated rows
and deadlifts on
(I planed to do shrugs but in my haste I completely forgot)

What's good is that I've gone up on almost all my (back) lifts by 10lbs or more today ill workout quads, hams, calves, and forearms. After seeing a few of the guys on the forums praise the DC training techniques,...

Prime and T-Force

Since I couldn't sleep I had time to think over the numbers for this stack I have been wanting to work on to use later on.

5 bottles of Prime(150 count) and 4 bottles of T-Force

Prime will stay the same the whole way through.
1-10, 12 on training days and 9 on off days and none on Saturdays

T-Force a little more tricky.
Start off with 4 a day for 30 days.
Move up to 5 a day for another 30 days.
Then finish it off with 6 a day...
