Try to make the poses similar so its easy to see the differences.

Again...dont be afraid to shave and get a tan. Might get 6 bottles of product as a result. .00000000000000001 % diff can win sometimes.

Ok. Post up your pics in here and Ill start a poll with all of them and let the community judge.

15th is the final date for turn in.

Unfortunately I dont think its worth me submitting this. I've been ill for 4 weeks out of the 10 I've been in the transformation, so i don't think ill do follidrone justice :(. Will probs submit but its really unfortunate, didn't get as beasty as I would of liked due to illness.

Having said that, I'm still up 6.5kg in 10 weeks

Measurable Weight Changes In Gym:

Bb Bench Press:
315x5-315x8 PR
375x1-405x1 Bw PR

Bb Back Squat:
225x26reps! Just a nasty PR period lol
405x1-455x1
365x6-375x8 PR

Seated Military: too early to say
245x4

Flat Db Press:
120x12-120x18 PR

Weighted Dips:
135x4-5 and getting up to 10reps PR

Front Squats:
315x5-315x6 Had a time with these and my back, but ended up adding a rep PR
385x1 PR for a good rep

Deadlifts:
565x1 and 545x2 I thought I had gotten higher on these but it seems this is the lagging area. Mainly because I need to train them more intensly.

OH Press:
185x2-245x6

These are the weight changes for several of my more primary lifts. My go to modes of exercise that are done almost weekly. I left out plenty but that's what the log is for. I have seen major improvement in so many areas that I couldn't have asked for more anywhere across the board when I lost 17lbs and kept the ball rolling.

My end result sitting at 220lbs from grinding away from just over 235lbs. Only dropped under 220 for a few days and I hated it so I kept myself steady at 220 and loved it. I learned alot through this run and had a blast with all the participants throughout.

Movement thats insane bro. Your strength going up that much while losing that much weight.....crazy man.

Let me ask you a few questions.

Generally in this time frame do you progress at this pace/rate?

Can you honestly say that the Follidrone played a large role or no?

It did not appear as though you lost the boost the product gave in the beginning. Do you think this stuff should be included as a staple?

Thanks for being a part of this bro.
You put in a ton of hard work.

You put in a ton of hard work.
1) Not in the least. Last summer I had a killer stack lined up and really thought I had gotten somewhere. For the most part I had. The more I learned and the more I applied I came up with a game plan diet wise that only complimented Follidrones efforts. I got to the point where Macro adjustments were easy and noticeable within a few days time and the Gains in gym, and the weight loss definitely attest to that. I mean I dropped from a 38 waist to a 34 (if the legs work out right)(sucks being this height), quads grew a great deal as I literally have a pair of jeans that I couldn't fit in the waist for being too small but the legs seemed comfy but now its the inverse. Waist has room and the legs don't fit! An awesome but cold feeling! To fully answer and stop ranting, no I have never had this much change occur with such a positive effect within my life and thats even through rigorous weight gain attempts in college.

2) Follidrone did indeed play a huge roll. I went from loathing cardio, high rep sets(15+reps) and continuous pumps throughout the day were all things that stood out beyond the rest. I felt more confident, relaxed, and finding myself riding farther and farther to the point I was running myself into the ground. I believe on days I would bike and run that in the beginning I would experience light to moderate knee swelling but towards the last 6 weeks it was nonexistent. I know my knees, used joint support the whole time, but complete effects got better and better as I continued its usage. It does indeed increase capacity in more ways than one, I just cant explain how.

3) I do believe this product can be used as a staple being you have a clear understanding of what you want from it. People take supplements with the intention of reaching a goal, then months later shift or phase towards something different. This supplement seems to be able to aid any individual in any environment they place their body into. I honestly believe that it will take ones body time to figure out recovery when using this but that short window pales in comparison the the continual weeks of progress to follow if used consistently.

I hope I answered with decent detail and dont mind elaborating on anything. I was more than pleased to be able to use such a sup. and am Thankful that you brought something like this to the table. Again, thanks brundel

Whats the point of submitting when @TheMovement looks like that. thats insane. You deserve #1 man, huge inspiration to natty lifters, keep it up bud
Thanks man, it really does mean alot but we all busted our asses. From pushing away high carb desserts to packing in the rabbit food, we have made sacrifices to attain something new, something outside of our norm. I am beyond glad to know I attained my goals without using a PH and just goes to prove I still have more to improve without using them yet. Natty guys can do big things, just takes more dedication, attention, and less excuses.

Submit alway Josh. Show off your hard work brother! Be proud!
Heck yea!!! The overall goal is to reach a new level within ones own goals. I love competition but it doesn't pale in comparison to looking in the mirror and know I made the best choices to stir my body to a realm it has never been. Sharing the framework is one thing, but being able to compare before and after pics can only compliment your efforts and lead to bigger and better things down the road.

top one is before follidrone, bottom one (sorry it came out as two) is after around 9 weeks of follidrone, formeron, and viron. Hands down, follidrone is the best supplement I have ever taken imo. My intention was to bulk, and I gained around 15lbs during this run going from around 185 to around 200. My goal was to gain size while minimizing fat gain which I think I succeeded. My workouts were hypertrophy based and no reps were below 8 for the most part, however I did experience many PR's and strength definitely shot up over the weeks as detailed in my log. Endurance was also great not only for lifting but for cardio as well as playing football/soccer on my intramural teams, felt like I could go forever. This stack will be a staple in my future routines and I had a fantastic time running a log of this stack and enjoyed the competition nature of it along with the other guys. I am not on many of the other guy's advanced level such as TheMovement or others but I definitely (as well as others) can tell that my body has been transformed by this run and feel more confident about myself and my future in training. Shoutout to the other guys who provided support and encouragement and to BLR for these innovative products and can't wait for new ones to be released!

Nice work man! If anything it looks like you lost some fat... that's a huge weight jump to see and have gotten leaner. Almost 2lb/wk

Final pics, tried to make them as similar as possible but I had to take a couple at different houses as I've been busy this week/weekend:
Goals were to lean out a bit for most of it and then started into a recomp. Not positive on weight since I no longer have a scale but the pics and body comp shows favorable results. Was utilizing 5/3/1 with MD inspired accessory work. Set a lot of rep maxes and even increased 1RM as well. Bench: 195x8 -> 205x8 my bench sucks so any progress is good progress Squat: 385x1 -> 405x1 300x10 -> 315x10 Deadlift: 365x10 is new 10RM, not sure if I ever pushed deads that high really. Last I had for 10 reps was 320 Missed 485 at the knees after 440. 440 flew up a lot quicker than before OHP: 175x1 -> 187x1 Overall a great run. Will look into purchasing more when the time comes!

No not this year. Next most likely. Im gonna go though. Everyone I know is heading out there so....
Its always a blast.
Plus this year I think we are going to have some surprises.

I think the 2 biggest surprises will be Kai winning and Dexter taking 2-3rd.
My buddy saw dexter the other day and says hes like 10lbs bigger than ever before. In pro BB standards and on a guy like Dex this is insane.
Hes capable of defeating the top guys and is one of only a handful of guys to have a sandow already.
