I recently finished a bottle of BBS C-Bolic and Testify and though I didn't run a log, I thought I would share my results.
C-Bolic: I dosed 2 a day, 1 before morning wake up shake, and 1 afternoon.
Testify: I dosed 3 about 30 min prior to workout (for me that's 10:30-11:00am)
My workout schedule was 6 days a week:
Day 1: Chest, Back, Shoulders, Traps, Abs
Day 2: Quads, Hams, Tri's, Bi's, Calves
Repeat
Cardio: Daily - 20-30 minutes on the elliptical or a bike prior to lifting.
Diet: I was tweaking it along the way, finally got it dialed in near the end.
Results: Overall I lost about 5 lbs in 30 days, but noticed a recomp effect.
- My shoulders, traps, chest, and arms certainly have become more defined and my arms are actually bigger by almost 1/2 inch (Self measured with a MyoTape).
- According to my electronic scale I've lost around 3% BF (I know they aren't the most reliable results).
- My aggression in the gym was up, as well as at stupid drivers...
- Some acne/pimples, but not horrible
- Libido never wavered...
So 5lbs/3% BF off, and an increase in muscle. Not bad IMO.
I think since my starting weight was over 250 I should have dosed both higher. Now that my diet is in check I think dosing C-Bolic at 3 a day and Testify at 3x2 a day would suit me well.
