rreppert1's Division 1 and Titanium XL log (not sponsored)

Hello to everybody here at Anabolic Minds! I am new here to the forum and i would like to jump right in with a log to get things started. I will give you a little background on myself :

    Name : Ryan
    Height : 6'1"
    Weight : current : 228 desired : 190-200

In March of 2010 i started a journey to lose weight, I was 336 pounds, out of shape, could run a 1/4 mile without wanting to puke. I couldnt take it any longer. I kept looking at all these fit people and wanted a better physique. Heart issues run in my family and I was nearing my 30's. I didnt want to die from being fat. I pulled myself together and started on P90X, went 1 year in the program and used P90X/Insanity hybrid, continued success and got down to 186 pounds. I tried the MP Swole program and then life took a bad turn, could workout and eventually quit eating right and now here i am back up to 228. I was active in MMA for a long time, and even now that I am 30 i have no desire for MMA but I have signed on to a Jiu Jitsu no gi tournament that is 6 months away. I need to be down to 185 by then, because i dont think i can roll with the 205ers. Right now to cut weight i am using MusclePharms Bizzy Diet training program, but following my own diet. I will pull a cheat meal once every 10 days and keep everything clean!

Supplements : I am strapped for cash right now, so i have some basic cheaper supps :

    Division 1 ( first try )
Titanium XL ( first try )
Body Fortress NOS concentrate ( kinda like it )
    Six Star Protein
Six Star Creatine X3 ( using only half scoop because of sugar content )

    Todays Workout :

    20 minutes cardio ( 1 minute jog/1 minute run alt for full 20 )

    30 pushups
    20 curls
    20 military press
    30 lawnmowers
    30 dips

10 minutes cardio ( same protocol as above )

    Repeat circuit

    10 minute jog to finish

    Todays Food Log :

    4 oz Ground Round Steak
    1 whole grain tortilla
    1/4 cup jalapenos/onions
    1 oz cheese
    16 oz water
    2 Div 1 caps
    2 Titanium caps

    2 scoops Nos Concentrate
    (w/o )
    half scoop Creatine X3
30 G protein w/ skim milk and cinnamon

    3 string cheese lights

    4 oz tuna
    onions
    1 oz cheese
    Whole Grain Bread

    1 scoop protein powder
    w/ water

    4 oz chicken
    1/4 cup hot salsa
    1 oz cheese
    2 caps titanium xl
    2 caps division 1

    4 oz chicken
    1/2 cup salsa

    ______________________________ ______________________________ ___________

Will give updates every chance i can get, hoping to pull a good recomp if i get anything out of this! Any input is very much appreciated guys!

Thanks guys! It was a lot of work! My 3 year old keeps me in check. I grew up without a father my whole life and i dont want to take that away from him! I will try and post a daily log, but no less than 3 - 4 times a week. Its nice to see an active forum besides BB.com for a change!

I feel ya, my dad was not around when I was growing up too. I have a 5 year old so I also know that a toddler can be a handful and keep you busy.

Good sleep is hard to come by in my household, the wife and i are on split shifts ( her on 2nd me on 3rd ) and with a 3 year old it makes sleep almost impossible! I usually get to bed between 7-9 am and usually up between 1-3 pm.

30 deep squats with 35# dbs
15 lunges with 25# dbs each leg
    30 calf raises with 35#dbs
    30 situps
    30 knee up situps

10 minutes cardio ( same protocol as above )

    Repeat circuit

    repeat 10 min cardio!

    Todays Food Log :

    1/2 C Oatmeal w/ cinnamon
    1/2 C cottage cheese
    1 banana

6 inch chicken sub on whole wheat w/ lettuce, onion, peppers, jalapenos
    2 caps titanium

6 inch sub ( same as above )

    4 oz chicken breast
