Heavy Leg day!!
Planning on some heavy squats today with good form and some heavy SLDL. Gotta Get GEEKED!
I'll do some other stuff too but i plan on keeping it simple as i turn the corner for home. Also brining AM cardio back in the mix for the next 3 wks Gotta do it tho.
wt this weekend was as low as 254 which was my last stage wt. This am i was 258.
