I've always responded very well to Creatine Mono and even CEE. (pumps, recovery, etc..)

So, obviously I'm expecting Creatine Nitrate to be really great.

Will 4 pre wo, 2 post wo be sufficient.....or what do you guys suggest?

Should I just start out with 4 a day and make adjustments from there?

I will be running this along side a TestoPRO/Erase stack as well as a multi vitamin.

Diet will be in check with around 1 gallon of water/day.

Much appreciated!

Start with 4 caps pre-workout and 4 caps post-workout. Then give 6 caps pre-workout and 2 caps post-workout a try.

I do think you will like 6 caps pre-workout much more then 4 caps, at least myself and many of the loggers for Creatine Nitrate responded better with 6 caps Pre-workout.

There is a few people that liked taking just 8 caps pre-workout, but I do not recommend that high of a dose pre-workout. Start with 4 and let us know how it goes:D
