if using mesomorph would that give you all the creatine nitrate needed or is it suggested to stack mesomorph with additional creatine nitrate caps?

Yes you should cycle on and off with any Creatine, normally creatine will be cycled 2 months on 1 month off, but Creatine Nitrate can be used for up to 4 months due to it being easier on the kidneys as it has much higher solubility then Mono.
