my carb intake on workout days is
Meal 1: 25g
Meal 2: 25g
Meal 3: 100g
Meal 4: 100g
Meal 5: 0g
Meal 6: 0g
off days
Meal 1: 25g
Meal 2: 25g
Meal 3: 25g
Meal 4: 25g
Meal 5: 0g
Meal 6: 0g
what would the optimal way be to dose these






. Take your dose on an empty stomach and wait 15 mins prior to eating a carb containing meal or protein+carb shake. If 15 mins doesn't seem to do much for you then wait 30 mins and it will definitely kick in.
