RPM says to take 1 hour pre-workout
DRIVE says to take upon waking and 1 hour pre-workout.
In my case, waking up IS one hour pre-workout. So can I take my 6 DRIVE caps and 5 RPM caps at the same time?

Thats more of an optimal choice. I generally split my doses of RPM too because I liked to have the pumped feeling all day, but it can be taken just pre-workout because that is what is made for. However, with DRIVE you have to split the doses or you are not letting the product do its intended work. The reason you split the doses is to keep your cAMP levels elevated throughout the day. SamBoz has made a good contribution already. It is generally important to keep in mind that the recommended dosage are guidelines. They are by no means cast in stone. I weigh about 235lbs and take 8 capsules of Drive and 6 capsules of RPM everyday during my stack. As for IGF-2, I take anything between 12 and 15 capsules daily, in addition to Drive and RPM. One beauty of RPM, Drive, and other AN products is the flexibility in dosing. It helps to experiment a bit to see what dosage levels your body responds best to.Originally Posted by Domenic;

i did 3 Drive w/ 5 RPM pre and then 3 Drive about an hour after my lunch ... same thing as the OP with waking up and being in the gym an hour later ... I'll have to try the increased Drive pre (two bottles shipped today) and compare the two dosing methods
I've had to cut back on the RPM to only 3 pre ... too much sweating at the office after my workouts when I was taking 5![]()

So I think I left this thread agreeing to take 5 RPM and 3 DRIVE upon waking, (which is also an hour before I work out) and 3 DRIVE later on.
What about cardio-only days?
What about totally OFF days?
Your dose on cardio-only days should be the same as on workout-days. On off-days, you should take your full dose of Drive and reduce your RPM dose by half, if you want.Originally Posted by Domenic;

Man, there's something about me and cellulose or the gelatin or SOMETHINg, but taking more than a couple of pills fills me up like I just ate a 5-course meal. Forget about WMS or Whey after my workout or I'll vomit my brains out. Can I crack the 5 RPM's into a sip of water so I can still get in my post-workout nutrition? (this is without the 3 DRIVE, that's getting here today so I'll be starting it tomorrow).

I'm prepared for the taste of the powder, but will the powder fall out of the capsule in its entirety or will there be some residue sticking to the walls of the cap? I mean, so maybe I'd use 6 instead of 5 to compensate for the powder I'm not getting? I'm overanalyzing this...
