    high dosing effects?

I have the tendency to dose things very high. ( My reasons are i like to apply strategic over training followed by short layoffs.I have a half decent gym in my apartment and will often train for an hour 3 to 4 times a day. ive been doing this for years and it is what works for me. I however do require more a product due to this)

My question is this due to the fact that this product has what you are calling accumlative effects will it build up in my system much like how test and other anabolics work there magic.

I am taking aproximatley 10 a day spread at about 2 every few hours.

will this build into my system of the course of a few weeks and create a state for anabolism or will i just build up a tolerance to the acute effects of your product

Several components of RPM will build up in your system- 10 is pretty high though- but you will see some awesome results- however, if you start seeing visual disturbances (hexes, etc.), I would cut the dose a little lower). One of the cumulative effects of RPM is large-scale PDE5 inhibition, which will cause an increase in strength and hardness, while at the same time lowering SHBG levels and aromatase, and positively skewing the T:E ratio.

There is one drawback to this, however. If you take too much of any PDE5 inhibitor, it will cause visual disturbances due to heightened intra-ocular blood pressure (Viagra and Cialis do the same thing)- so be careful!!

But to answer your question, yes, you will get some great gains out of this!!!

3 to 4 times a day?. That is way to much!. How do you have the time for that anyway?. Do what you enjoy though, its just my opinion, so don't take it to heart. I just like everyone to be happy. You are very lucky to have your own home gym!.

i groundskeep\handle indoor sanitation at the apartment i live it so it really cuts down travel time. if you want a workout try having to shovel rank smelling garbage for a few hours non stop and then pushing the heavy dumpsters up and down the parking lot. it's one of those things that the non-assuming residents have no clue into the nastieness that has to go on so they can live in a clean building. the worst part is unclogging the garbage chutes its nasty when you are already sweating standing under a chute and somebody month old rotten oj splashes all over your face and clothing

as one would assume after a year there i am deeply contemplating a change of occupations

and t-bone about the time there is 24 hours in a day if you want time you can always find it. there is no reward without sacrifice. I even have found old equipment disguarded by lazy people and made a gym in my actual apartment off of second hand goods and got the freeweights by taking them as payment for helping residents move instead of asking for money. most people don't stick to working out and are happy to have you take their "junk" of their hands

Well it sounds like you get enough exercise just doing your job!. You could get all your cardio "shoveling garbage" as you say. So would you say you are a landlord?. I just got a new landlord, my old landlord sold the building I am in now. He was nice an independant guy that did everything himself. Now its owned by this real estate "properties" company and they are a bucnch of A-Holes!. They have already raised the rent twice!, and this is in less than a year!.

that is what i always tell people. i already get my cardio.

i always have a little laugh with my self when i see people walking or jogging on a treadmill thinking to myself "if you only new what real cardio was"

Secondly i am not a landlord far from it. my building is the second type you mentioed owned by alarge managment firm.
all the decisions are made out of state. as someone from the inside let me give you some advice stay your lease and then move out, the same thing happened to my apartment when it was bought from the nice elderly couple that owned it. expect prices to rise and quality of living to crumbule over the next few years these companies are there to suck the profit out of your apartment, not to make it a nice place to live. then they will discard it for further profit. Just some friendly advice from someone in the know

Yep. I plan on moving but not just yet. Its still a good deal for the apartment I rent. You are right about the quality of living thing also. The last landlord at least checked people out before renting to them. These new people just don't care, as long as they pay they can rent!. New people come in and now the cops are here sometimes 3 times a week. Downstairs from me there are these drunks. They are loud and noise and always banging stuff around. I don't call the fuzz but they are always showing up. Also the other building that is part of this complex which these people now also own, a bunch of young punks are always fighting and causing trouble. The strange thing is only a few months after these new people got the apartments they did an apraisal. Why would they want an apraisal after they purchased the property?.

ive found that there are usually many levels of managment involved in these large corporations all with different intrests. it is often very difficult to see the forest from the trees, but in the end it all leads to the old adage buy low sell high. they are probably making chasnges to increase the value of your building and getting it appraised. it really is the same principal of all those realestate infomercials you see on late night tv buy a property at a low price, fix it up by making renovations and eventually selling for a profit, just on a much larger time an money scale

It seems like these people have purchased almost all the apartment properties in this area. I mean if I go for a walk I see the same properties name posted up at tons of places that it was not posted before.
