So the final BE forskolin caps are going to be 100mg as opposed to 200mg. Any chance of perhaps getting some 20%?

    D,
Am I right that the consumer will be able to order some "custom blends" as long as they order a minimum quantity?

Understood. It is after all a member of the mint family which lends it some strong anti-spasmatic properties. Just to reach the recommended 50-100mg of forskolin active that would be quit a few pills. I'm not griping though, I'll take what I can get.

    rms80,

A few quick questions for ya about the Banaba Extract:

How many caps in a bottle? And price -- about $7 per?
And, how does banaba compare with taking an Ala with biotin supp post workout?
Also, Forskolin would help potentiate banaba's effects even further -- specifically how would that work?

I'm already sold on the Z-Recovery.
I'll second the high quality avena and the high percent nettle root.

60 caps per pack- around $7 for the Banaba

I will have a more detailed list up next week hopefully

As for taking banaba post workout- the effects are stronger than an ALA/biotin mix- if you take 200 mg, you will feel yourself go hypo pretty quick....

As far as forskolin potentiating banaba- there could be some synergism in there- especially along the lines of enhancing cAMP and adenylate cyclase- could lead to a noticeable "pumped" feeling all the time- worth experimenting w/ especially for the price....

    Concern here...

Does banaba halt protein sythesis like berberdine does?

If it does it would be a perfect stack with berb because I use berb with every other meal to get protein synth in between but some banaba would be perfect IF it doesn't have the same problem. I am just VERY insulin resistant (100mcg igf and 10iu slin with only 50g crabs didnt make me hypo...)

Stack'em, that would be a killer combo. The protein synthesis thing, to me, is really an overrated concern which (if it does happen in human physiology status), can be easily overriden by the benefits of the ingredients.

Agreed... Im pretty sure it was determined the effects on protein synthesis were quite minute for berberine.

Can't really find anything that says banaba will halt protein synthesis- if you are lifting hard, eating right, and getting proper rest- knocking out or even decreasing protein synthesis is very tough to do- at least with supplements

I think 2-3 doses of YG and 2-3 meals with banaba a day will be a nice way to say screw you insulin sensitivity
