HGHUP+Free Test "empty stomach"
Trying to figure out the spacing I need for the Free Test and HGHUP or if what I am doing makes sense:
Free Test - I take in the morning as soon as I get up. I usually wait 30/45 minutes before I have my milk/whey shake. Is that sufficient time between taking Free Test and eating?
HGHUP - I haven't figured out if I like taking it 2/3, an hour before workout or an hour before bed. I know this is constantly debated - any recommendations for a cutting program?
But the real question is I typically wait two hours after eating before I take HGHUP. But, how long do I have to wait afterwards before I can have calcium and/or whey? I like to do my Casein shake before bed..I can do it with water..but prefer milk.
Thanks. I've looked for this answer (particularly from Rosie) long and hard..but haven't found this specific answer.

All good questions- I always take Free Test with food (preferably with breakfast)- the reason being:
A. Cortisol levels are highest in the AM, and 3,7 Keto DHEA has some properties that will knock back C levels quite a bit
B. Free Test contains zinc- zinc on an empty stomach can cause nausea in some people
As far as the HGH-Up goes, I split the doses 2/3- 1 dose 45 minutes pre-wo, and one dose 30 minutes before bed, on low or no carbs. You can have casein along with your dose of HGH-Up- casein does not spike insulin to a significant extent, so it won't interfere with the product action. Whey causes a greater insulin spike than casein, so I would probably choose casein over whey in this situation.
In terms of cutting, I think this is the best way to do it as well- both products have some strong non-stimulant "off-label" benefits in terms of fat loss, and by timing your intake of both products in the aforementioned way, you should acheive some good fat loss, along with excellent gains in lean muscle massDirk Tanis, BA, MSci

Interesting - didn't think about the 2/3 pre-wo and bedtime. But that works. I also thought I was doing myself a favor with waiting on eating with Free Test - but based on your input...that's probably not the right approach.
My big question still remains exactly along the your rationale of the insulin spike - how long is it 'safe' before I can have whey and/or milk after the HGHUP.

The 2/3 around the workout works great if your a late lifter as myself. I would say, in my experience, the second dose about an hour after the last meal and avoid having carbs around that second dose. An insulin response will blunt the cutting effects due to lower IGF release (ultimately from lowered GH).

Just adding to what he said:
FREE TEST can be taken with OR without food. How you're dosing it is fine, or you can have it with your shake.
You can also dose HGHup♂ 5 caps pre-bed. Dosing once daily pre-bed cuts out having to fit in another dose earlier in the day. Dosing twice means that you can utilize more than one Growth Hormone pulse (i.e. first thing, pre-bed, etc.) Really it is up to you to decide what you want to do re dosing/timing.
You can dose calcium with HGHup♂, but whey you want to wait at least an hour before consuming after dosing HGHup♂. Casein can be had with your HGHup♂ dose. Depends on how much milk you plan on having as to how long after dosing HGHup♂ I recommend you wait - ideally, you want to wait at least two hours before consuming carbohydrates or whey after dosing HGHup♂, but if it's only something like a shake, you could get away with ~90 minutes post-dosing.
Re dosing HGHup♂ pre-training - this is something Dirk suggested a long time ago that you could consider:
Just came up with some additional dosing schedules based on the half-lives of the different compounds in HGH-Up- you can see if these work better for you....
Huperzine-A has a half-life of about 4 hours, while l-dopa has a half-life of about 90 minutes. You can use this to your advantage with your dosing schedule- for your pre-workout dosage- it can be taken up to 4 hours before the workout between meals, and you can take in an additional meal before the workout. If you time it right you may be able to get two GH surges- one before the pre-workout meal and one during. It would work something like this if you work out at 5 pm:
7 am- breakfast (meal 1)
9 am- another meal (2)
12 pm- lunch (3)
1 pm- dose HGH-Up on what is now a low-insulin state (2-4 capsules)
2:45-3:15 pm- max GH levels will occur due to L-dopa challenge (given 90 minute half-life and 20 minute disintegration time of capsules)
4 pm- eat again
5 pm- train- Huperzine-A levels, which inhibit somatostatin, will be peaking right at this time, so this will maximize GH and T levels during the workout- remember, product boosts testosterone and the number of androgen receptors as well as GH
6:30 pm- eat normal post-workout meal
9 pm- dinner
10:15 pm- take pre-bed dose of HGH-Up (2-3 capsules)
12 am- GH peak that occurs due to L-Dopa challenge
2:15 am- secondary period of increased GH that occurs due to longer half life of Huperzine A and its effects on somatostatin inhibition
This is theoretical- but the product should work quite well in this manner, and you can tailor your eating and training around this with no dietary restrictions. Just take the times given and adjust them to your schedule accordingly...

Actually - I haven't seen much on the 'after'. Definitely found a lot on the before. Yes, I've seen the other posts on dosing times, but I had a specific question. I have seen some things on after that are very generic, that's about it.
