Lit-Up, holy...

I have absolutely no affiliation with App Nut
so mine is a totally spontaneous post:

Lit-Up is freaking unbelievable!

I've been liking it since the very first doses of my first tub,
today it was my first wo after a month without it, back/traps/shoulders wo
that comes after deadlift/squats/abs and chest/tri days and before day off, so

I am usually pretty proven on this particular day, and yet today I broke PR on every single exercise,
and did it by a pretty long shot compared to what I use to lift.
And please note, I constantly diet and I'm a low carber, so that's not something
that happens too often to me.

Being a natty bb I've never experienced a single product that gave me
such improvements, probably not even a stack of different products,
and I've tried *loads*

I have 4 tubs and soon I'll be stacking it with some other products
that I liked and gave me strength and size increase in past.
Fun times

Not kissing anybody's a##, I just felt like saying this because
the product deserve it. (Now let's not raise the price ok because of this,k? )

Keep it up guys, really, this product is great

Nice AK! I have been rotating Lit-Up for my pre-workout since it came out. I'm sold on it.

Thank you for the kind words. I truly do feel that Lit-Up is in a class by itself in the pre-wo category. It is so different from most, but is very effective. Tastes fantastic, too!

I haven't had the cherry yet but the peach tea is simply amazingly delicious!

AK has his own interesting ways of running certain supplements so Im interested to hear your dosing protocol and results from it.

For example: I remember you mentioned running DS LeanXtreme for a 3 week on/off cycle? Different.

Yes I do run sups in odd ways, or ways they were not exactly meant for,
this is mostly because both my training and my diet are kinda odd..
I tend to overtrain and I happen to be in calorie deficit pretty often,
on top of being a die hard low carber.
If you knew the lil cals I get sometimes you'd think I wouldn't have
the strength to lift 10lbs and lose muscle constantly

Oddly enough, my body seems like has adapted to my abuses, not only,
but while I'm far from being happy with myself, I am able to keep my BF
down to 5% (sometimes less) all year round and still do lil gains..
I'm self conscious about saying it because people tend not to believe that, so w/e..
But it ain't easy, that's fo' sure

Anyways, yes, LX is one of them.
First let me tell you, I love this one.. I tried several fat burners both stim and non stim,
thermo and cortisol controls and LX is my favorite overall.
The reason is that the other ones just don't do much to me, there's really not
much of fat to burn and not doing bulk I don't even need to limit
the fat gains 'cause I don't have 'em. But, like I said the body adapts,
my body seems to adapts even faster than others, and of course it adapts
to my diet too, so I use LX every other month, 2cps a day and what it seems to
do is tricking my body not only to keep the low BF but actually is the only thing
that allows me to go even lower, so I can boost the cals a bit, gain something,
and be a tad more vascular/leaner (or same in the worse case scenario)
I dose 2cps because of the joints, this way I never had any problems with it
and I don't actually noticed any difference dosing it at 3cps.

Oh no I'm no model, I don't compete, I'm far from being in the right shape/competitive for both
I eat lil food (trynna change that tho'..),
I supplement on everything that I miss from food, it gets expensive,
at the same time the outcome for food is not much they balance each other

I keep 'em in different spots 'cause they don't fit,
and then I don't have to remember which one expires first..
