Do not have your "first thing" meal. Instead, wait until after your training session and have it 15-20 minutes after your training, having dosed NeoVar immediately post-training.
Using milk is not going to affect your NeoVar, no.
If you're looking at gaining mass, then I recommend that you suit your NUTRITION to fit this. You seem to have a lot of protein shakes - you're better off having solid food and shouldn't be relying on milk to give you the calories you require for gaining mass and strength.
