Has anyone tried these together and how would you dose each to get the benefits of both products.
I'm 6-2 190 and usually take three RPM four is too much.
yes, i have done this as well as my friends. and your experience is one that im starting to see more common. (RPM making people sick)....try one scoop of Lit up and 1 RPM. U can dose 2 RPM, but i dont want u to get sick so start out with 1 cap.
I've taken 2 RPM with LITup multiple times, give it a shot and see how it works out for you

I'm planning on doing the litup and RPM here in a week or two. I did 2 scoops of Lit and ECA yesterday and it was very nice. I was in such a pleasant mood before and after my workout. I could get used to that
