Muscle Hardness / Density:9/10- things are getting harder. Noticed my forearms are solid as hell.
Strength Gain:7/10-No real strength increase in my numbers from last week, but I felt less tired at the end of the workout, whereas last week I think I wanted to die.
Body Composition:7/10-Well Im sooo bloated so I kinda look flat. but most of my recomp as been in my shoulders and back. So far so good.
Weight Gain /Fat Loss:9/10- I actually thiink Im gaining weight on this stuff, like recomp style. I havnt weighed myself but I think I look a little bigger in places. And my stomach area looks the same soo...
Libido:10/10: If nothing else I would buy this product for these properties. Really I havnt felt so CONFIDENT in the bedroom in a while, and thats some real ****!!
Mood:9/10: My mood is great. Good aggression only when its game time.

DAY 13 Review:
MUSCLE HARDNESS/DENSITY - (7) Beginning in the morning, my pecs, shoulders and lats had a sense of fullness. Almost as if I could feel them growing. Weird...I know!!!

On a side note, I have begun to a few small pimples on the front of my deltoids.

STRENGTH GAIN (10) - As indicated above I increase the load on all working sets. So far, there are no warning signs of stagnation. I am excited to see how long I can continue such solid/consistent progressions.

BODY COMPOSITION (5) - I am not the best judge of body recomposition, but I would say that definition has slightly improved.

WEIGHT GAIN/FAT LOSS (10) - Presently, I am hold steady at 1-2lbs. I rushed off to the gym this morning before weighing in (after visiting the restroom and without clothes).

LIBIDO (8) - Slow but steady increase. At this point I have had some overwhelming urges.

MOOD (8) - Irritation seems to set in a lot faster than normal. I find myself having to coach myself mentally when frustration sets in. The aggression in the gym is great, but I am a bit short tempered as it is, so increase is less than desirable.

Days 8 and 9 were both rest days, been busy over the weekend financing and buying a new care :/ At least I got wheels now!

Anyway Had a pretty good back exercise today and seemed to have been losing body fat a long with gaining some weight... kinda funky but I'll take it!

(Basic) Back:

Shrugs: 95x10, 110x10(wasnt getting a good ROM and full pinch so I dropped weight) 80x10 (this set felt great)

Cardio: Treadmill uphill 15% incline @ 4mph with a 2 or 3 5mph runs scattered throughout for a minute. 3 minute cooldown then the good ol sauna.

Still goin up a bit gotta make it to my next rotation of flat bunch of DB and or BB. 7/10

  • My weight is down about three pounds this week, I'm going to bump my calories up a little but I think its mostly water weight
  • I have been very lethargic the last few days
  • I have noticed a little bit of acne on my chest, may not be directly attributed to the free test but I figure its worth mentioning
  • Joints have been feeling pretty good despite the heavier lifting the past couple days
  • Strength is filling good, no huge improvement but I feel like I am operating at full tilt right now.
  • Focus during my past couple workouts has been great. Sometimes I find it hard to get physced up for a lift because I am a pretty laid back person but this hasn't been a problem the last two workouts.

Mental Focus and Clarity: Although I am AWAKE, my concentration is actually quite impaired, and I have little focus on things that require constant thought.

Energy: Finding it.

Mood/Aggression: Definitely NOT in the best of moods. If I could beat something to a bloody pulp, I would, and take great satisfaction in venting my aggression and rage.

Libido: Although my body is there, I would rather be a killer than a lover right now.

Endurance: I was actually supposed to do SEVEN rounds (and yes, I am beating myself up for NOT doing all of them) of the V-Burn Challenge Circuit - which would have taken ~50 minutes. However, I only completed three rounds - it is actually quite demanding, and I am going to have to work up to seven rounds, adding an extra one each week.

Strength: It's more strength ENDURANCE this session.

Quality of Training: WOW. That was a hard session - all those plyometrics; not the best thing for my knees (and a lot of leg work - I had best NOT gain any more mass in my lower body!) Handstand Push-Ups was a new exercise for me, and I will admit that I suffered greatly throughout them, and my last set almost saw me fall on my face (so very not cool).

Recovery: My core and back have finally settled - just in time to start the pain all over again tomorrow . . .

Pump: This was a definite high pump session.

Vascularity: Good.

Muscle Hardness/Density: Resistance training again is making a difference - not sure only THREE sessions is all that great, though (I feel like I am doing NOTHING and need MORE, but am willing to give this a shot, especially considering the circumstances).

Body Composition and Look: Down to 116.8 pounds, so a total of 7.8 pounds lost so far. As I've said before, training makes all the difference, and it's amazing how much better I feel now that I am training again!

Other Effects: The last couple of days, FREE TEST has caused some stomach upsets within the first hour of dosing, settling down after that . . . I have also noticed that I am thirstier than usual (I still need to drink MORE!) during the day . . .
HIIT Cardio:
a. 4 min skip
b. 8 x 20 sec effort/10 sec easy
c. 8 x 40 sec effort/20 sec easy
d. 4 min skip

Gym (30 sec recovery between sets):
1. Underhand-Grip BB Bent Over Rows 4 x 5RM

Mental Focus and Clarity: Still a little 'fuzzy', but needing to be on the money.

Energy: Good re training.

Mood/Aggression: Mood better than it has been, but still highly disappointed in myself. Aggression remains high.

Libido: 'Overtime' is an understatement.

Joints: Niggles in my knees.

Endurance: Resistance sessions are so unbelievably and uncharacteristically short that my cardio sessions are going to have to be longer.

Strength: Increase from last week.

Quality of Training: HIIT was fine - definitely sprints better, though . . . Resistance session was good. Considering that my usual recovery period between sets is one minute, and for such heavy sets, the general usual recovery period is 2-5 minutes, I think I'm doing pretty well . . .

Recovery: I ended up making yesterday a Day Off, and I'm going to have to schedule one in a week - most probably going to be on Sunday; which means that Sunday's HIIT session will be done on Monday pre-weights.

Pump: During HIIT yes, but not during weights.

Vascularity: Average.

Muscle Hardness/Density: Arms.

Body Composition and Look: 13.2% bodyfat, which is a loss of 1.1% bodyfat over the last 8 days.

Muscle Hardness / Density-- i have noticed i am a little more dense during workouts i have rock hard everything
Strength Gain--my lifts have gone up 5 lbs on everything and reps increased slightly on curls and kickbacks
Body Composition-- i have roughly 10 percent body fat abs are getting more defined and muscles look fuller
Weight Gain / Fat Loss-- i amnot even eating to gain but have went from 205lbs to 207lbs in a weeks time
Libido-- haha omg you guys are only getting what i have experienced and you can go from there lol. i am not one to like alot of sex my hormones are always up and down mostly down. but lets just say every day gets worse ( i really mean better;) ) lol and i need sex i say need it 4 or 5 times a day my girl seriously told me to chill out
Mood-- honest i am a diiick head lately at work i am edgy moody and angry all day and when i go to the gym i feel like godzilla and no one better get in my damn way. i think i like my test levels and when i send in my saliva test for test levels i bet they are through the roof no no i almost guarantee it

this was honestly the best workout of my life. i wanted to redeem last weeks mishap but also i was emotionally into it 100%. the intensity was there on every single set. i nailed life time PR's today. Bruce and myself have insane chemistry inside the gym we lit the place up. I can't get over how nuts it really was the whole room stopped when we did our sets today. the chance of walking tomorrow is slim to none for both of us

today is an off day for me i've been feeling great the past two days from the refeed + getting 10 hours of sleep each night. i figured today would be a great time to post some Free Test feed back

Muscle Hardness/Density: 10/10
I'm still puffy from the sodium but my muscles are rock hard. they've never felt this dense and full. even on my depleted days where i know i'm flat/look flat, Bruce tells me i look full. with those things being said it has to be a 10/10

Strength Gain: 10/10
I've hit over 20 PR's since i started. enough said

Body Composition: TBD

Still losing fat at a steady pace nothing more than 2lbs a week from what i see.

Weight Gain/Fat Loss: TBD
I'll be weighing myself June 21st as the after weight. Starting was 156lbs. I've been honestly holding the trigger back on more fat loss. i know if i kept my refeed days clean id be losing A LOT more, i really wanted to see if i could keep hitting PR's/losing a decent amount of fat with these cheats and its been working wonders. so i'll be sticking to it the whole way through this log

Libido: 6/10
Starting was 5/10, honestly its been a bit better but nothing over the top. It was mostly noticeable when i was taking the Drive samples for a few days straight though.

Mood: ATM: 10/10 / Overall: Varies
I'm in a great mood today, it varies of course. Monday-Thursday: I feel awesome but as soon as i finish Thursdays workout the mood usually goes down because i start to feel depleted. once Saturday comes i'm out of it mentally because of Legs on Friday. Sunday is the day where i'm extremely irritated, impatient and emotional. basically i wanna be left alone all day Sunday.

Thunder, lightning, pissing rain on the way to the gym today. Was soaked. Also changed a few things this workout, so there wasn't really any potential for PRs.[/B]

FREE TEST
General Notes: Nothing to add.
Dosing/Timing: 4 caps with breakfast. Trained about 1 hour 30 minutes after. I also used 3 caps of Drive, about 45 minutes pre-wo. A review is below.
Muscle Hardness / Density: 5/10 No change in hardness or density.
Strength Gain: 5/10 No change in strength gains. Have not made any big gains compared to usual.
Body Composition: 7/10 I'm more vascular than usual, but I don't seem to be any leaner. Could also be that my abs are sore and I can't flex them to judge how well they show. I do have some nice tricep veins showing better than usual though.
Weight Gain /Fat Loss: ?/10 Will not rate just yet. I have weighed in at 186.6 this morning though. I generally weight between 186-189, so it's not new.
Libido: 5/10 I no longer recieve any changes to my libido.
Mood: 5/10 I no longer feel "happier" shortly after my FREE TEST dose.

OK everyone. This is my final review...

Muscle Hardness / Density:8/10- My muscle starting feeling hard and really full within the first week, only to get better from there.
Strength Gain:8/10- I noticeda considerable strength gain as I went back and looked at my notes. From weeks 2to3 is where I think it really kicked in. IN my noets I was using about 10 pounds heavier on alot of exercises in the p90x. If it wasnt a weight increase There were definitly more reps with the same weight from the previous week.
Body Composition:9/10- Right away I noticed the parts of my body that didnt carry the"fat" were getting more toned throughout the time of use. I only wish I had taken a pic in the third week, Because it was at that time my toned parts looked best(Changed my meds and they started putting weight on me during the last week)
Weight Gain /Fat Loss:?/10- This one is hard, like I said above I gained a few pounds i think due to my meds. But the first week and a half I lost a few pounds then after that I started slowley gaining(even before my med change) So all in all, I think my body WAS going through a recomp. And I truly believe that a pound or two was due to my hard work an possibly FreeTest.
Libido:10/10-Forget it. Like I stated before, if I ever have problems down there I would buy this product just for that. Ive taken I believe 5 test boosters in the past year and this was the best as far as libido was concerned.
Mood:9/10-My mood was elevated throughout the time I was taking this. I seemed pretty chipper until of course I was getting ready for my workout. As soon as I put it in my mind that I was getting ready, It was like a flick of switch. Focus, determination, and also BEASTMODE!!! When I hit it, I hit it hard.

SO this is my conclusion of this product. Overall great product. I will definitly use it again in the future, and I WOULD recomend it to others. The only thing was that I wish my meds didnt have a part in this. I believe, Like I said, during week 3 was great and only wished I could have followed through without any barriers. But oh well **** happens and life must go on. Thanks again Team App. NUt. For This logging opportunity. I hope I lived up to my end of the bargain. And This was one hell of a ride, thanks again all that followed you too, were part of my overcoming in this log. THANKS EVERYONE!! PEACE!!

54 minutes in length. Here is a catch 22 scenario. I am especially motivated by the consistent improvements in strength (reps, then load). However, I am beginning to fatigue mentally, wanting the progressions to continue. Therefore I allowed more time between sets to allow for mental preparation.

DAY 19 Review:
MUSCLE HARDNESS/DENSITY - (10) Muscularity/vascularity was pronounced during AM workout. Another gym goer said, "You are getting big!" Outside observations are THE BEST compliments.

STRENGTH GAIN (10) - Especially consistent. This is phenomenal! I can understand the progressions if I was using a slow progression model like HST or 5x5, but I have been work near/at failure for just over 3 weeks with an increase in reps/load each and every workout.

BODY COMPOSITION (5) - Static.

WEIGHT GAIN/FAT LOSS (10) - Weight is now +3-4 lbs. Again, morning weigh-in after bathroom (1 and 2, sorry) and without clothes.

LIBIDO (8) - Increases have plateaued. Overall, libido has been elevated.

MOOD (8) - Irritability/aggression remains intact. However, I believe I am coming to terms with this.
My spine and right elbow have been showing some signs of overuse. Therefore I am bringing my BBB program to a close and will be transitioning to German Volume Training. I will be using the same primary lifts, with the exception of chins being substituted for pull-ups. To alleviate any overuse with my triceps, I will not be performing isolation movements.

DAY 23 Review:
MUSCLE HARDNESS/DENSITY - (8) The pump I achieve during my workout is rewarding.

STRENGTH GAIN (10) - Strength combined with weight gain have been consistent. However, my joints are starting to ache.

BODY COMPOSITION (6) - Status quo.

WEIGHT GAIN/FAT LOSS (10) - Morning bodyweight is holding steady at +3lbs. For some reason, I morning was exactly +3? Not sure what happened here as calories are constant.

LIBIDO (6) - Unchanged from last update.

MOOD (6) - I would say that aggression has returned to baseline at this point.

Day 15 - 2-Week Overview of FREE TEST

Sleep - Time and Quality: My sleeping patterns are still out of whack, but at least they are settling down into something - albeit not the schedule I WANT, but it is better than either not sleeping or sleeping excessively.

Mental Focus and Clarity: Due to the nature of my working commitments, I have HAD to be focused and have complete concentration. There have been a few days where I have been unable to deal with much for long periods of time, but for the most part, I have been locked on target.

Energy: My energy levels have been good. I have the energy to get through training and very active night work, as well as not being able to 'shut down' until the mid hours of morning.

Mood/Aggression: Mood has been up and down over the last couple of weeks, more a product of circumstances and environment than anything else. Aggression, though, has been higher than the usual high, and has provided a good source of motivation for training.

Stress: Stress is still high, but it has been more manageable, as I attempt to NOT let it affect me as much.

Libido: This is one of the predominant effects, with my body being ready pretty much ALL the time (which, yes, can be a little annoying sometimes), even if my head is NOWhere near that train of thought.

Joints: My left wrist aches on and off still, more on than off . . . My knees have actually gotten better over the last two weeks . . . My back is only affected after certain heavy days of lifting . . .

Endurance: My endurance has changed. In the gym, I am having only 30-45 seconds recovery between sets, as opposed to 1-3 minutes. Cardio sessions are not really been long enough to notice an improvement in endurance, but re speed endurance, I have been able to do longer efforts with HIIT Cardio.

Strength: Although I am not too focused on strength gains, I have been able to increase my weights each session in the gym, indicating improvement re strength.

Quality of Training: The first week of FREE TEST, I trained EVERY day, which was quite demanding on my body. However, I thoroughly enjoyed almost every session, and the sessions done were reasonable. The second week of FREE TEST, I only trained four days, but EVERY training session planned for the week was completed, and I actually feel that the higher training volume per day works better for my body.

Recovery: The first week of FREE TEST, I was so sore that by the end of the week I was moving like an ancient crone with every joint problem imaginable. The second week of FREE TEST was a pleasant walk in the park, with the almost complete elimination of DOMS (and yes, having every other day as a recovery day helped as well).

Pump: My resistance training has not been the rep-range ideal to elicit a pump. Pump has been created fast during Cardio and the V-Burn Challenge Circuit though.

Vascularity: Vascularity has gradually been improving.

Muscle Hardness/Density: This is the most noticeable in my arms. Legs - which generally remain fairly hard all the time - have become more dense due to the extra work being done for them.

Body Composition and Look: I am now 12.9% bodyfat. Although only a small decrease in body composition over this last week, that is a total of a 1.4% loss in bodyfat over the last two weeks, averaging out at 0.7% bodyfat loss per week. Considering that the first week on FREE TEST was almost next to perfect re execution of nutrition and training (reflected in bodyfat and weight loss) and the second week was subpar at best (less training and a voracious appetite that I attempted to satiate), this is decent re results.

Overall Sense of Feeling: I definitely feel BETTER. I know that I CAN achieve my desired body composition in ~5 more weeks. All I need is 100% DISCIPLINE with my nutrition and training 6-7 days a week, and I WILL get there! Motivation is high. Dedication is renewed. It's good to be training again!

Other Effects: The first week of FREE TEST, I had next to no appetite, but this last week, it has been INsatiable, and I have been easily consuming my Maintenance of ~4,300 calories - if not MORE - daily.

Day 4 was top notch. I went into this workout not sure what would happen. Wasn’t feeling too pumped or ready to roll by any means, but as it turns out, I was. Started out slow and built up my energy quickly. Actually had a few people stop and watch me while I was deadlifting, which is definitely a good sign. Apparently, I’m impressing someone. :D

Again, libido is ridiculous. Keep having vivid dreams that I won’t go into. Something is wrong with me, I think. It’s like I’m 17 years old again (No Zac Efron).

Mood was decent. Got into a minor fight with the wife last night about how often I’m gone at the gym and what not but I think we both emerged in a better place with it. Just needed her to understand how important it was to me. I think she forgets sometimes that I used to be 330lbs and morbidly obese. It’s hard to appreciate something like this the way I do unless you’ve experienced that and she’s always been fit pretty effortlessly.

Overall, I give this day a 8.5/10. Good progress, diet is still perfectly in check w/3,000 cals a day...

Big thanks to App Nut for selecting me to log this product.... This was the first product from the line I have used and it was pretty good!

DOSING

I ran it 4 caps in the AM usually about an hour pre workout

INITIAL THOUGHTS

I have used a couple test boosters in the past... STOKED Activate Extreme and Zeus so I knew how I responded to them. This took a hell of a lot longer to kick in then the previous ones I have used which took around 5-7 days for me to start notice significant changes. I had a feeling from around the 10 day mark on Free Test that 2 bottles would of been a lot better.

I did have some solid lifts while on Free Test and I managed to break some PR's while on it.

STRENGTH GAINS

I didnt really see any signicant changes in my strength til the last 2 days on Free Test.. Which is why I would of liked to run two bottles of it but it wasnt in the cards.

Did notice some changes in my libido which is never a bad thing :D

MUSCLE HARDNESS

after my workouts whatever body part I changed did stay harder for a couple hours after the workout.. and during the workout espically when I did arms they looked massive!

FINAL THOUGHTS

A solid product from App Nut.... I would like to run 2 bottles of it but at $44 bucks a bottle I dont see it happening in the near future..... I was a little dissapointed in the fact that it took so long for it to kick in... but I dont think its the products fault.. everyone is different and with my past test boosters I am just used to seeing significant changes earlier on rather then later. I would reccomened this product to a friend who is looking to change up test boosters.

EXPLANATION: I did say I was going to be honest wether good or bad so I hope I dont make any enemies or anything :p but that is my honest rating on this product.. I am intterested into seeing how the other loggers rate it when they are done with there logs..... for those of you who are interested in this I would suggest going 2 bottles as it seems it doesnt really pop off until the end of the bottle. Thats the only downfall the strength gains took awhile to kick in.

Muscle Hardness / Density: 10/10 My muscles were full all day, everyday. I got compliments from people at the gym asking me what I was on.That alone was pretty encouraging.

Strength Gain: 8/10 I didn't gain as much strength as I wanted, but perhaps I needed to eat closer to 4000 calories as opposed to 3200. Most noticeable strength gains were definitely in my back. I was already packin a 475 deadlift before with a 365x8 max repout. Now, I have a 385x10 repout =] I am anxious for a maxout, this little tweaking in my lower back needs to go though. Also, my Barbell Row strength shot the heck up out of nowhere!

Body Composition: 10/10 I was out tanning today, and I happened to glance at my legs and had a double take at the spidering bulging veins coming out all over my quads and spreading into my calves.During my workouts I had such an amazing pump I felt like my muscles would tear right out of my skin.

Weight Gain/Fat Loss: 10/10 This is where I really saw the product work magic. Maintaining my lifts, and even gaining on some while losing 7 pounds really says something. I feel like I really leaned out. My bodyfat is definitely lower than it was before, but I do not have an exact reading-just that it is lower than 7.5. Most noticeable leaning out area is my stomach area.

Libido: 7/10 My sex drive has been higher. There were some days were I was uncontrollable, others where it felt like I was shut down. On the days where it was uncontrollable it was always after my workout.

Mood: 10/10 My mood on most days was always on par. I found my self at my desk at work, crawling with excitement to hit the gym...another thing was I was often tingly...and I wasn't on a pre-workout when I became tingly. It was similar to when I used to supplement with Beta-Alanine.

Free Test was awesome, and I am extremely grateful for the opportunity I had to log it. I hope my log provides Applied Nutriceuticals plenty of feedback. Thanks to everyone who followed along-it was a good ride! I look forward to running this again sometime with HGHup and Drive in my arsenal. STRENGTH GAIN (10) - The increases in strength were phenomenal. Each workout surpassed the prior workout by either reps or weight (usually in that order). During my 4th week, I did experience the cumulative effect of constantly pushing as I experience a bit of CNS fatigue.

BODY COMPOSITION (6) - I was unable to connect with the trainer at my gym during the first 1.5 weeks during this log. Therefore I cannot objectively state how my body composition was altered. Subjectively speaking, the definition in my abs (when flexed) has been unchanged.

WEIGHT GAIN/FAT LOSS (10) - This is another highlight of the product. After the first week I was able to consistently weight in a pound or so heavier each week. After 25 days, I am sitting 2.4 heavier than when I began the log. That is a solid increase in weight. Any more than that and I might have added more bodyfat than I am willing to accept for a lean bulk.

LIBIDO (7) - My libido rose during weeks 2 and 3, but plateaued during week 4. Overall, it produced a positive effect.

MOOD (9) - I will admit that I am a bit "short fused", however this supplement seemed to antagonize situations more than desired. This is great for training aggression in the gym. A more critical view might state that additional aggression lead to impatience and irritability.

In short, I train my whole body each time I workout. I would train 3 days out of six (one day one, followed by a day off). The reps would slowly drop as the week progressed (10-12, 8-10 and then 5-7). What follows are the numbers from one week followed by week 4.

In summary, I would give Free Test by Applied Nutriceuticals a positive review. Diet, training and rest must be dialed in however for your to see the benefit. This is not a magical cure-all that promises unrealistic gains. However, it is a solid supplement based upon science that will produce results for those that are dedicated.

Free Test was definitely another quality product put out by AppNut. Some of the biggests things I noticed with Free test was an increased appetite, better muscle density, and better recovery. I did however also notice some lethargy when first starting the product and on a few incidences I had an upset stomach after taking the Free Test but that passed very quickly. Enhanced strength gains on the product were negligible but I did get in some great workouts and did not end up feeling run down despite training at a pretty high relative intensity. All in all I liked the product, it worked better than most of the test boosters I have used and I think it would work great when stacked with products like HGHup or Drive by Appnut.​

OVER ALL----- 6/10 (But I truly think with 2 bottles it would be higher)



6/10 Strength gains, and recomp gains really just seem to be starting now and im done...so another 25 days and I think I would has had good gains,



8/10 mood enhancer - mood seemed to always be better and that was noticble after the first week.



6/10 pumps/muscle density - I mostly gotta give the pump credit to white flood I love that, but the pumps did seem to last longer with the free test



5/10 weight gain/lost - weight was basically the same between 4lbs the whole time



7/10 recovery - fast recovery nearer the end of cycle...again need to run it longer.



my final thoughts are that 1 bottle shoudl be used with PCT and if you wanna run Free Test as a booster I think the you need to run it for 50days and expect the gains in the second half.

Rosie Scott: The Female Terminator Trains to FREE TEST



A few notes about my nutrition and training whilst on FREE TEST:
Weeks 1 and 4 were next to perfect re nutrition and training.
Weeks 2 and 3 were not the best - nutrition was terrible, due to my poor sleeping (or lack of) schedule and long and busy work hours; training was even lower than usual, due to it taking my body a bit longer to recover, from just starting back into it.

My 'scores' re each effect are based predominantly on my experience/progress during the time that my nutrition and training were spot on, with some small influence from my bad times there as well.


Mood/Aggression: 8/10. My mood has not actually been better or worse whilst using FREE TEST, but remained a constant fluctuation on a daily basis. I have been a lot more aggressive than usual, though, especially the last week of using it, and this has actually been commented on by others.

Libido: 9/10. There was a definite increase in libido and my body's readiness. This was rapid in the first week of use of FREE TEST, leveling out during the next two weeks, and rising again during my last week of use.

Endurance: 8/10. I use resting pulse as a measure of my fitness and sometimes as an indicator of my endurance. Pre-FREE TEST, it was 43 beats per minute; post-FREE TEST, it is 40 beats per minute - fitness and endurance have both improved, and I am fast on my way back to my usual endurance level . . . Re endurance during training, this gradually improved over the course of my use of FREE TEST . . .

Strength: 9.5/10. Despite ~13 weeks off training, my strength did not actually suffer that much, and I started back training at almost my pre-break weights. Therefore, my strength gains each week were great - for pretty much every exercise, I was able to increase my 4-5RM and 8-9RM respectively by a minimum of 10 pounds per week, which, considering the weights I was using, is beyond reasonable. FREE TEST definitely shined here.

Muscle Hardness/Density: 8/10. My muscles have become noticeably harder since using FREE TEST, which is not surprising since I also started training again. However, muscle density has increased, especially in my arms, and also in legs (not that I need more muscle in my legs).

Body Composition and Look: 9/10. Pre-FREE TEST I was 124.6lb at 14.3% bodyfat (BF). Post-FREE TEST I am 117.4lb at 12.6% BF. Although my body composition pre to post-statistics is not very impressive, only losing 1.7% BF overall, the two weeks - week 1 and week 4 - that both my nutrition and training were as they should be, I made progress by leaps and bounds, losing 0.1% BF per day! The BF loss is most noticeable in my midsection . . . I am going to make a small note re WEIGHT here: Loss over the first week was 7.8 pounds, and the last week, it was 7.2 pounds - yes, I regressed a lot over weeks 2 and 3, but once I was back on the wagon, the loss was RAPID, the fastest ever of any product that I have ever used when all factors are spot on . . . Re girths, overall just over an inch was lost from my waist and hips, and just under an inch was GAINED in my arms (whilst skinfolds DEcreased). I am highly pleased with the increase in muscle mass in my arms, and this has been the most rapid growth that I have ever made in my arms (which, coincidentally, is a 'lagging' bodypart).

Cortisol Levels: N/A. Although I would have liked to see the changes in my cortisol levels from pre to post-FREE TEST, I was not able to get bloods done this time. I WILL note, though, pre-FREE TEST I was highly stressed and was for the first time in my life experiencing some cortisol build-up in my midsection; over my time on FREE TEST, although my stress has remained high - and has in fact gotten HIGHER than it was pre - when my nutrition and training were fine, the stress has been manageable, and cortisol decreased noticeably those weeks.

Testosterone Levels: N/A. Although I would have liked to see the changes in my hormone levels from pre to post-FREE TEST, I was not able to get bloods done this time.

Overall: 9/10. I am making my overall grade based on the progress/results experienced predominantly with body composition and strength when ALL factors were spot on - indicating what FREE TEST is capable of with all factors near perfect, and also, although I made some incredible progress over the 26 days of using FREE TEST (progress re strength and endurance were still made in weeks 2 and 3, even if I regressed re body composition), I stacked it with Drive and IGF-2, and I believe that they were a result of using all three products. Despite that, my results show that if you have the important factors (i.e. nutrition and training) correct, then using a supplement like FREE TEST can enhance your progress just that much more.

Would I use again? Yes. One bottle is definitely not long enough to get the full benefits of FREE TEST, so next time, I am going to use TWO bottles back-to-back (i.e. 8 weeks).

Would I recommend? Yes. FREE TEST provides solid results re improvements in overall fitness, especially when everything else is spot on, and is worth using for the individual wanting an extra edge on top of their nutrition and training.

General Notes: I expected to see some strength gains, mood enhancement, libido enhancement, etc. This was true for the first few days of FREE TEST, but it simply went away not long after. This wasn't a placebo, as whenever I try a new product, I do best to forget I've even taken it.

One other thing I've noticed, is an increase in Acne. I've always been prone to acne, as I've had it for 7-8 years. Prior to the beginning of the log, I had little acne. Just a couple here and there. Well, with FREE TEST I've noticed my acne has increased. Mostly on my chest and back.

Dosing/Timing: I've dosed 4 caps with breakfast, and usually trained about 1 hour to 1:30 after.

Muscle Hardness / Density: 0/10 No changes what so ever.

Strength Gain: 0/10 Strength has dropped on most exercises. My workout today after 2 days without Free Test, has definitely proven that FREE TEST has dropped my strength. I have went up 5lbs on my Decline Press, and remained with the same reps. Although I did lose strenth, I kept on growing.

Body Composition: 6/10 I seemed to start leaning up a bit towards the beginning, but in an effort to help my strength loss I upped the calories slighty and have not gained or lost any visible bodyfat since then.

Weight Gain/Fat Loss: 8/10 I have gained about 3-4 lbs since I started with FREE TEST. This is with no noticeable fat gain or loss, apart from the mentioned slight leaning up at the beginning. This is interesting, seeing as how my strength was dropping.

Libido: 2/10 Increased for a few days towards the beginning, but has stopped afterwards.

Mood: 3/10 Was in a good mood towards the beginning of my Log, but that feeling plateaued not long after.

Today was a good day and not just because I didn’t have to use my AK. :D

Set a PR deadlifting, mostly because when I got into the gym, I felt like I could do anything. Just had excellent energy and wanted to perform big. Actually had a crowd of onlookers as most people in my gym do not deadlift, much less lift actual heavy weights. I was quite happy.

Workout was as follows:

Did some high knee jumps back and forth across the basketball court to warm-up, then some light ab work to get my core fired up, which proved to be valuable.

Definite marked improvements at this point. Really seeing some good development in my back and my chest to be sure.

This is without a doubt, the best part of the deal so far. All around I’m getting way more out of this than I thought I would. Negatives:
- if you don't take the pills with enough food or water, you can get heartburn really easily.

My goal isn't to put on 20lbs of muscle, but to lean out and improve tone/strength. To that end, I found 2 months of PCT/HGH was more effective than the One (which is the only prohormone I've tried). I've lost 5lbs or so with significant muscle growth.

In terms of muscle building, the amount of weight I was able to lift jumped without much planning - I just found that adding 10-15 lbs more (approx) on every exercise wasn't a issue.

I was also able to rep more of these increased weights, which may account for the thickening musculature, though my guess is FT helped there as well. The gains are such that, post-Neovar, I can't fit into shirts I bought six months ago without looking ridiculous.

I've stopped usage of both (keeping on Neovar), but with regular exercise the results are sticking around. I'm looking forward to picking it up again in a month. In conclusion, please direct all free samples to my home address :09:

Re strength and muscle gains on FREE TEST, that's great, and right on with many others' experiences, including my own.

Yep, NeoVar is a creatine product and is, IMO, a staple supplement, to be used all the time.

Body Composition: 8/10 Overall my body comp stayed the same while packing on 3lbs of clean mass. Which in my books is a huge postive note.


Weight Gain/Fat Loss: 8/10 Gained 3lbs of clean mass in 24days which is good. Maintaining my lifts, and even gaining on some whiel just maintaining. I feel like I really leaned out. My bodyfat stayed at about the same, but than again I was just on a maintance phase.

Libido: 7/10 My sex drive has been higher. There were some days were I was uncontrollable, others where it felt like I was shut down. Overall on and off as which i experince with most test boosters. Some days its nuts, others nothing just really depends.

Mood: 9/10 Overall my mood was excellent with freetest. However I think that some of this was due to RPM which I ran along side FreeTest, but Im not 100% sure which made me feel so good all the time.

Free Test was great, and I am extremely grateful for the opportunity I had to log it. I hope my log provides Applied Nutriceuticals plenty of feedback. The only downside was I think with 2 bottle back to back the results during the second bottle would have been amazing. I still however would recommend that you try this product if you looking for a safe an effective test booster.

Took my final dose on my first bottle of Free Test this morning. My thoughts midway through my log are as follows:

In terms of recomping effects, this stack (HGHup/Free Test) is unmatched. I have never leaned up like this, while building new muscle and improving the overall quality of my physique.

In terms of strength gains, I'm beginning to see some of that now, in addition to an increase in energy and endurance. My motivation when hitting the gym is at an all time high. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing where we go from here. I do agree with the other folks assessments, that two bottles is the way to go for best effects, though one bottle has it's benefits as well, just in other areas.

My libido has been ridiculous this past month. I've never experienced anything like it. I'd like to thank my wife for helping me contend with this, and her chiropractor for helping her deal with any subsequent issues that have arisen as a result. ;)

In short, I would say that even running one bottle, it's worth it. I put a lot into this log and into getting the results I wanted, but if you do things right, you'll really maximize the impact of this supplement.

Thus far, I'm giving this stack a 10/10. I couldn't be happier. In the end, I think the question is, would you buy this supplement again, right? Well, I just bought more and am continuing this log further, so I guess the proof is in the pudding, my friends. i actually used free test about a month ago for a short 4 week run. out of all test boosters i have used, this kicked in the fastest and gave me the most androgenic (acne, etc) effects. I would like to see what it could do it a longer setting.
...Free Test kicks @zz. Loving this stuff. I'd say by week 3-4 it really becomes a gem. I plan on running it 12 weeks myself.
Really like Free Test a lot myself. Best Test Booster i have used in years. Pro Series is an understatement.

Notes: I typically hate morning workouts, I just dont feel like I have the strength as compared to evening workouts. So when I walked into the gym at 9:30 after already 6 miles on the mountain bike course first thing in the morning, I wasnt expecting a "great" workout.

But then I grabbed some dumbbells and got down to business.

One of the best days I can remember. Felt totally strong, focused on good form and less about shoving up the most weight I could and I still hit a couple PR's. I started doing the tricep v-bar press downs facing the plates instead of using the cable over my head and practically doubled my weights and hit the muscles in a new, better form. Lovin it.

I also noticed that I'm down 3 pounds since starting this log?! :eek: Could be the AppNut, it could be the cardio and working out, could be the combination of them both - I don't care. feelsgoodman.gif

Absolutely killer workout last night!!! I worked out with a buddy of mine who hasn't seen me in a month or two and he commented "Damn, you have totally transformed yourself!" Last night was the first time I lifted without any headphones so I could chit chat with my friend and it was pretty nice, I felt like I could zero in on the weights and what I was doing without being "distracted" by the music? (probably sounds anti-reasonable) Still, set lots of PR's on almost everything, this stack is killllllerrrrr!!!
